This is an excellent introduction to Vancouver's city and park venues. Our guide, Stefan, was very accommodating and flexible and tailored our trip to our requests. He did not take us to a few areas that we would be seeing later in the mnth with our cruise tour and instad we visited more of the historic neighbourhoods ov Vancouver such as Chinatown and Queen Elizabeth Park.
In a short period of time, we covered the highlights of the city, and gave us a good roadmap of where to return over the next few days of visiting. Engaging and interesting, the time flew by.
It was a very informative tour providing us with a wonderful overview of the city; where afterwards, we journeyed out on our own to several of the areas to explore further.
Our morning with Adrian was the perfect introduction to a city we will definitely return to. He picked us up and dropped us off at the cruise terminal, with plenty of time to spare before our boarding time. He tailored our morning to our interests. Adrian clearly loves his adopted city and is an engaging and informative host. This was definitely a better use of our time than one of the cruise-offered bus tours!

Quick tour of the city only allows enough time to view the city which was exactly what our family wanted. If you are looking to stop and browse, this tour is not for you. Our driver Adrian, was informative, funny and over all great. I would recommend this tour!!

This tour was fabulous! We flew in to Vancouver on the day prior to boarding a cruise ship and decided to take a two hour tour of the area since none from our group had been to Vancouver before. Adrian was so accommodating with our schedule, and was very knowledgeable of the city he clearly loves. We made a couple of short stops in places that we could explore for a few minutes, and he gave us some wonderful recommendations of restaurants. The service, friendliness, and area knowledge from him is why we continue to book Viator tours!! A huge “thank you!” To Adrian!

We decided to take this tour after arriving in Vancouver after an Alaska cruise. We didn’t want to do the hop on, hop off bus as one member of our party has mobility difficulties so this fit our needs. Tour reservation and subsequent communications were top notch. Very organized, friendly, and timely. Our driver Tony picked us up directly from our hotel and started the tour, which lasted 2+ hours, hitting the highlights as described in their tour description. We never felt rushed at the stops where we could get out and explore. When we were ready for pickup all we needed to do was text Tony and he arrived in minutes. Overall we all enjoyed the tour, and Tony was very friendly and professional. The only reason we gave it 4 stars was that Tony was very new to his role and while the local / historic information he provided was good, it was not as in depth as we have experienced on other tours. I am confident that he will continue to develop his local knowledge as he gets more experience.

Be careful about pick up times and location. Driver could not pick us up at requested location, and it was too far and too long to walk to their pick up point. Because our specific requested pick up place, due to mobility limitations, could not be handled, we had to cancel with a loss of payment made.
