Fermati a: Patrimonio dell'UNESCO, situato sulla costa orientale dell'isola di Jeju e che si dice assomigli a un gigantesco castello antico, questo cono di tufo è alto 182 metri, ha un cratere a forma di scodella conservato e mostra anche diverse strutture interne risultanti dalla scogliera del mare . Pranzo Dopo Seongsan ilchulbong. Durata : 60min Da Seongsan ilchulbong a Seopjikoji 15 minuti

Jeju haenyeo sono le forti madri di Jeju e i pilastri spirituali dei residenti di Jeju. Inoltre, la vita della comunità haenyeo di Jeju è un modello a cui l’umanità dovrebbe aspirare. Jeju haenyeo ha formato una comunità basata sul merito e ha deciso democraticamente attraverso le discussioni. Non solo si prendeva cura degli anziani e degli infermi, come Halmang Badang e Geseok, e raccoglieva fondi con i suoi profitti materiali per contribuire alla società, come villaggi e scuole. Ha anche inventato vari congegni per convivere con il mare, come spazzare le spiagge, rubare l'oro e la dialisi. La cultura haenyeo di Jeju è stata riconosciuta per il suo valore ed è stata registrata come patrimonio culturale immateriale dell'umanità dall'UNESCO il 30 novembre 2016 (ora locale).
La lunghezza totale di Manjanggul Lava Tube è di circa 7,4 km. È un tubo di lava parzialmente multistrato. La larghezza del tunnel principale è di 18m e la sua altezza è di 23m. È uno dei più grandi tubi di lava del mondo. Ci sono molti tubi di lava nel mondo, ma Manjanggul Lava Tube ha un significato significativo in quanto si è formato migliaia di anni fa, ed è molto ben conservato. Pertanto, è molto prezioso per ricercatori e scienziati. A causa dell'affondamento del soffitto, ci sono 3 ingressi. Quello che i turisti possono utilizzare è il secondo ingresso e sono autorizzati a spingersi solo fino a 1 km in esso. Ci sono varie formazioni rupestri nel tunnel di lava nel tubo di lava di Manjanggul, come stalattiti, stalagmiti, pietraie, tubi di lava, piattaforme di lava e zattere di lava. In particolare, la colonna di lava che si trova alla fine della zona turistica è alta circa 7,6m ed è conosciuta come la colonna di lava più alta del mondo.

The driver was very nice but hard to understand. I had requested a private tour with someone who spoke English and my group had a difficult time understanding what he was saying. Also, we expected a driver and a tour guide, as we got with other tours, so we would learn about what we were seeing and that didn't happen - we only had a driver who didn't explain things to us. But nice guy!

Amazing island. We had an our own taxi driver Mr.Kim who drove us around and showed all the places. He waited for us while we visited a historical place, waterfall, beach, a hike to a peak point and had some lunch. He was very flexible on organized but also came with suggestions which order to the different activities.

We had a great day touring Jeju with our tour guide Yohan Ko! He was at our hotel on time and took us to some great cultural spots on the island, including a fun folk village, a wonderful beach, the amazing Sunrise Peak, and a fun Cafe with tons of picture opportunities. The best part about having Yohan as our tour guide was that he is a great photographer and took pictures of our family and sent them to us as part of his service. He was also energetic and knowledgeable about the island (including a great Chinese-Korean noodle restaurant), and even stopped at a favorite Jeju bakery to share goodies with us. I totally recomend this tour for families that want to see Jeju Island's best sites.

Our tour guide, Mr. Ko, did not fail to make this tour truly amazing and interesting. Though it was raining that day, we had much fun and enjoyed all the activities. Thanks to Mr. Ko for taking nice photos of the Jeju attractions we visited and for recommending great lunch at a local restaurant.

This was my second visit to Korea with my family along with my buddy's fam. And this also happens to be my second time engaging Mr. Lee as our driver/tour guide for Jeju. After 9 long years, we are so happy to see his big friendly smiley face again. Our group of 8 pax (including a 2yo) were comfortably seated in a 10-seater van, bringing us around Jeju island. We were treated with the nicest of food, great scenic places and plentiful of happy and interesting conversation about life and history about Jeju, which created loads of wonderful moments especially for our kids. I believe this is important traits of a travel agency, instead of the others that bring you places out of vested interest and it's agency's benefits. You will not see that with Namyang Travel. We had such a great time touring around Jeju over the past 2 days with Mr Hong Young Pyo in his very comfortable 6 seater car! We are extremely happy with Mr Hong’s services and the tour that he had planned for us. Mr Hong takes very good care of us and he always helped to take photos for us at every attractions. My son likes Mr Hong a lot and cannot stop asking Mr Hong to join us at every attractions and always worried for Mr Hong whenever he is not having his meal together with us. Mr Hong also brought us to a hidden local abalone guksu restaurant which turned out to be the best meal we had in Jeju, it is not the most expensive but definitely the most delicious and unforgettable meal.
