Per iniziare la mattinata, attraverseremo paesaggi costieri lussureggianti e montuosi da Port Douglas, imparando a conoscere la storia e la cultura della regione, mentre viaggiamo verso l'antica foresta pluviale di Daintree.
Ci godiamo un superbo pranzo gourmet in un ristorante nascosto nella foresta pluviale, con una scelta di bistecche, pesce, canguro, pollo o vegetariano e altre esigenze dietetiche soddisfatte. Cucinato fresco per te da uno chef del miglior ristorante della zona. Goditi un'esperienza bonus di degustazione di frutta tropicale con il tuo pasto principale, imparando la storia e gli usi culinari di queste delizie colorate ed esotiche!
Per il nostro pomeriggio spettacolare e idilliaco, camminiamo attraverso le antiche radure della foresta pluviale e la valle lungo il torrente fino a una splendida cascata appartata nell'area del patrimonio mondiale dei tropici umidi di Daintree, dove possiamo nuotare in questa piscina rocciosa incontaminata. La camminata dura 1 ora leggermente impegnativa a tratta e richiede una forma fisica ragionevole e un buon equilibrio. Procediamo a un ritmo rilassato, condividendo molti dettagli affascinanti sull'ecosistema selvaggio della foresta pluviale lungo il sentiero... Poi ci rilassiamo e ci concediamo una nuotata rinfrescante in questa magica piscina naturale di roccia dove possiamo nuotare proprio sotto le cascate!

It was an amazing day ! Relaxing drive , tasty lunch with presentation about tropical fruit, and pleasant walk through impressive Daintree Rainforest with interesting stories about animals,trees and plants . Alister was a wonderful and knowledgeable guide for our rainforest walk and waterfall swim. As a local he is deeply connected to the land and people and has great stories to share. A great experience all around and would definitely recommend.

Excellent tour guide Alistair the most informative and chilled guide . . . Lunch was extremely tasty with an informative talk on all the native fruits included. . . Hike lets you experience the nature of the Daintree at its absolute natural best . . . Waterfall is pure heaven with the most cleanest and purest water I’ve ever experienced. . . Double rainbow to finish the tour 🌈 highly recommended

Amazing experience with an awesome, friendly guide. The hike and swim were beautiful and calm, as this is the only tour with access to this waterfall. Lunch at the teahouse was delicious, especially the tropical fruit tasting. Highly recommend!

Overall an enjoyable outing. The highlight of our day was swimming in the very fresh water at the waterfall. Our guide, Alister was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The lunch was satisfactory.

Had a wonderful rain forest experience, including a lunch with local produce and kangaroo/baromondi. Enjoyed a private tour guide, Allister, who shared stories of the local area, and provided a personal experience…joining us for a hike through the forest, and a destination to a private waterfall and swimming hole. Very personal and private, an exclusive location definitely worth the trip. The waterfall was amazing, and the location is very private. My wife and I, and the tour guide. Shared this experience all to ourselves. Highly recommend!!

We had a really nice and relaxed day on this Daintree Jungle tour. Trying unique local fruits was a great experience — first at the teahouse and later freshly picked straight from the trees, which made it feel very authentic. The walk to the waterfall was impressive, and our guide was very friendly and informative without being overwhelming. Overall, a well-organized and enjoyable tour that we would recommend.

Our tour guide Alister was very friendly and informative regarding the Rainforest. We started the tour with an early lunch including a tropical fruit selection. Very prepared, lending us ponchos for the rain! He had a lot of knowledge of the plants and trees. We ended up in the waterfall where we could swim.
