Dear Customer, We are sorry that the service did not meet your expectations, but we would like to clarify an important point regarding your review. Entrance to St. Peter’s Basilica is free. The price paid therefore does not represent an admission fee to the Basilica, but covers the services purchased, including Skip-the-Line access, customer assistance, voucher management and collection, and the possibility of leaving luggage or other items that are not permitted inside the Basilica at our office. The fact that the line was short at the time of your visit was certainly fortunate, but waiting times can vary considerably depending on the day, time, and number of visitors, and this does not change the nature of the service purchased. We understand that, having encountered a short line, you may have felt that the service offered less value on that particular occasion. However, especially in response to the description of our service as a “scam,” we believe it is important to clarify that the payment was not a fee to enter the Basilica, but covered the services provided together with Skip-the-Line access, which normally significantly reduces waiting times.
