Extraordinary experience visiting Vatican and St Peter’s Badilics and Dome. Centuries of gathering best pieces to art , marvelous sculptures, fantastic architecture and very impressive view of Rome and Vatican from the top of Dome.
Incredible experience but with a few words of warning that even after using the lift you are not anywhere near the top of the dome , that involves at times an incredibly tight and winding climb and if you are suffering any health issues or generally unfit I wouldn’t advise it. That being said the views from the top are incredible with the whole of Rome laid out below you , if you have the cardio and time then it’s a must see.
We had purchased skip-the-line tickets for the Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel weeks before our trip and not even 24 hours before the visit they canceled our tickets! So we are in Rome, struggling to find tickets to visit this unmissable place... don't buy from this retailer!
*DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM* Firstly they cancelled the guided tour I had booked. Then they rebooked for another tour which I only found out when I got to the Vatican that it wasn’t a guided tour. Btw they didn’t even confirm my tour was rebooked. And then 5mins before the meeting time I got a message saying you are not here we are are going to leave. I was there, but because there was no clear indication on where to meet. I kept messaging them saying I’m at the meeting point. The replies I was getting back were so rude. Then once he saw me, he continued to be very rude. Even other people in the group were saying how rude he was and there was no clear explanation on where to meet. I highly recommend booking the tour with someone else.
hello, we are sorry for the inconvenience and do apology what happen we did investigate with the staff you are late arrived and into the distinction other clients were angry as we wait for you after the ticket time of more than 15 minutes, we have the CC camera footage where we saw all participate was in on time only except you madam vina, then we confirmed the tour vatican was canceled by Vatican authority and we will provide the skip-the-line ticket then partial refund as you agreed with this , but if you are not and other participate already into the destination then it's not really our duty to call you and inform you which we do always with our honorable clients, hope you understand and next time will be punctual with your booking time, thanks

The guide Sandrita is very competent, friendly and sympathetic, but the Vatican's Covid measures have left much to be desired. The Covid Pass was not verified at the entrance, people were crowded and almost all the windows were closed, preventing the ventilation of the rooms. The perfect guide and tour operator, the Vatican not so much.

We visited the Vatican Museums in 2018 without a guide. We did not get much out of this tour because of the crowds and limitations of an audio guide. When we visited Rome in 2019, we renewed our visit but time with a guide.There is no photo, despite a large crowd, we were able to fully appreciate this visit thanks to the expertise of our guide who took the time in preamble to present the visit and give the essential information on the history of the Vatican and the Sistine Chapel, its totally worth money and save our rush hours .recommended

The impressive and enthralling painting works of Michelangelo in Sistine Chapel is just beyond the imagination. The paintings are so beautiful that one can’t help but fall in their love. Just wow!!! I left the museum yesterday and have already started to miss the tour heavily. I wish to go there again. And definitely will book my ticket from this agent as I am pleased with the service they offer.
