Decolla dall'eliporto nella valle dell'Hoffnungsthal, divertiti a sorvolare Lyndoch prima di seguire la cresta occidentale della Barossa fino all'Historic Seppeltsfield. Qui vedrai vigneti che contornano le dolci colline, strade costellate di palme. Da lì sorvolerai la fattoria di Maggie Beer e la famosa azienda vinicola Penfold's prima di virare lungo il lato orientale di Nuriootpa, intorno alla cantina Wolf Blass, e poi la vista della grande cava di calcare vicino alla città di Angaston. Un po' più avanti avrai una vista a volo d'uccello di uno dei più bei scudi di corse di cavalli del sud dell'Australia. Mentre scendi nella valle verso Tanunda, il tuo pilota indicherà alcuni degli edifici e degli insediamenti storici come Chateau Tanunda e Betania. Beyond Tanunda è la casa di Jacobs Creek. Da lì ti porteremo all'estremità meridionale della Barossa, oltre Lyndoch, oltre i Barossa Goldfields e il Whispering Wall (il bacino idrico di Barossa) prima di tornare finalmente alla valle dell'Hoffnungsthal.

Absolutely fantastic. It was my adult daughter’s first time in a helicopter (she was a bit nervous) & our wonderful pilot made her feel at ease. Beautiful views of the Barossa. All the staff are very welcoming. We highly recommend this company.

My mum recently turned 90. She didn’t want presents but as she’d always wanted to go up in a helicopter, we decided to contact Barossa Helicopters & organise a 30 minute flight. The staff were so helpful & considerate. The flight was amazing. The look of joy & wonder on mum’s face when we landed was priceless. Perfect flight for Dad's 80th Birthday and his first helicopter experience. Nick, our pilot shared his knowledge of the Barossa and surrounding area and super special was flying over Dad's house in Nuriootpa. View was amazing and a beautiful time of year to see the Barossa from the air. Noted a few extra wineries to visit afterwards. My partner and I went on this flight on the 29/10/2022 which was a surprise anniversary gift for my partner, Josh. We had West fly us around and he was absolutely amazing! This was an amazing way to see the region and a really worthwhile experience. I was pretty scared but the flight was enjoyable and I felt safe. Our pilot gave a great tour of the region and pointed out various landmarks and locations, he also answered our questions well. I’d highly recommend this experience and am really glad we went for the longer but time so we could see as much as possible
