Both the tour guide and the driver were excellent. As we requested, we spent a good portion of the tour at the Park Guell. The tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and attentive to our needs. She made sure we saw all the areas of the park except the hiking trails which we weren’t interested in. She explained the history of the park very well. She spoke about Gaudi in detail and very clearly. We then toured the city in the car. The driver drove as close as possible to the other Gaudi houses we passed as well as any interesting areas we visited The guide spent time comparing Gaudi’s style with the Gothic style giving us a deeper understanding of everything we saw. The tour was both educational and fun. Thank you for sharing your wonderful city with us.

We just finished a half day tour in Barcelona, and it was perfect as we had time on our own afterwards before heading back to our cruise ship. Anna was our guide and Jordy was our driver. They were the most pleasant people and very knowledgeable. Thank you for the experience.

Very knowledgeable, personal and friendly. Best overall tour of Barcelona not available in group tour. One still needs tickets to go inside some popular attractions.

Their driver was 30 minutes late. The guide could not speak English well, very difficult to understand. The guide was very nice, wished to please, but we had a difficult time understanding her.

Our tour guide,Tina, was extremely knowledgeable and amazing. She customized our tour to take us to the sites we wanted to see, and then some. She had a lot of valuable insight at each stop.

Our tour guide Sasha was excellent. She has amazing knowledge of the city of Barcelona especially about art history and culture. She was warm accommodating and this tour was amazing thanks to her. We would totally recommend her for any private tours or group tours as one of the best tour guides

Very disappointing. I flew halfway around the world to see Park Guell and purchased 3 tickets for$135.48 for 3:00. I paid $923.48 for a four our private tour of Barcelona and the Park Guell. Our tour guide got us there 10 minutes late and we were never able to go in the park. Very disappointing. Also our tour guide was supposed to pick us up at 1:00 &We didn’t see him till 1:40 for a 4 hour tour. He was very embarrassed that he didn’t get us there on time and said we could see everything from the outside of the park, which was not true. Then he tried to drop us off at 5:30 to shorten our trip. Would not use this service again. It’s also very hard to contact anybody so I can tell them about my concerns. I would like to get refunded for my $923.82 But at the minimum I’d like to get refunded for my $135.48.which I spent on the tickets for the park which I never got to see. One unhappy customer.

Great driver and guide made this private tour a very good private tour by being very flexible and accommodative.
