The airport is huge, modern, and very well-organized. Even though it’s busy,it is organized — from immigration to baggage claim. The signage is clear, and it’s easy to navigate around. There are plenty of shopping outlets, duty-free stores, and food options, so you won’t get bored before your flight out. The airport is clean, well-maintained including the washrooms but the location is too far from each other. The staff are polite, helpful, and professional. From check-in to onboard experience, everything felt comfortable. The overall journey was smooth and pleasant. It’s a great travel experience!
Another VIP service I used made you walk to another gate to find them. I did not find them and no refund was offered However this company is spot on. Your attendant is waiting for you as you exit the air bridge with your name on a white board. They wear a teal colored sport coat and are easy to locate. Very professional and friendly chat as she escorts me to fast track immigration. No waiting lines and I am processed in 30 seconds I meet my attendant at the baggage claim. She will not let me pick up my luggage and insists she handle it. My bags are over 50 pounds and this petite lady pulls them off the carousel with ease. Off to customs and she says most like we will clear quickly. That night customs was inspecting many passengers. We were waved on through. Mind you she is pushing the heavy luggage cart the entire time. She then escorts me to my pick up point where a friend is waiting. I felt bad I did not tip her as I had no baht in hand. I do hope this company stays around. Their service is impeccable. I highly recommend their services.

Was pleased with the speed in which I was able to be processed by customs. As well, I was accompanied by my agent to the basement of BKK to exchange money and then to the appropriate floor and exit for my transfer. After a very long day of travel this service was almost indispensable. In my opinion, money well spent.

It was a very great experience. I felt very calm knowing they would get us to where we needed to go and could help with the language barrier. The lady was very nice and she even took charge of rolling my luggage. Next time we come to Thailand, I will definitely be using this service again.
