The driver was nowhere to be found on arrival. I rang the company and they said they would send him to my location. 2 phone calls and an hour later a replacement was found. He clearly didn't want the job as arguing with taxi organiser. We eventually set off from the airport at 1830 after I arrived at 1610. The driver then tried to get me to go to a different Hotel destination. I put the destination in Google maps but he then didn't seem interested in following the route to a point where we ended up in a dead end street. Finally got to my destination at 2100, 5 hours after arriving off a 12 hour flight. You should not use this company to represent you.

My name was not on Viator's list and found that they assigned Elite's driver to me. When I found Elite, I still don't see my name on the list. After trying to communicate with the onsite person, they finally helped me to call the driver and found out he has picked up wrong person and left the airport. They can't find another driver quickly. 4 of us end up finding a small taxi ourselves to the destination. Also, onsite person doesn't speak English. Very hard to communicate.

Easy to access and met at hotel. Ready earlier than expected. Beautiful comfortable vehicle and the fare for service is considerably less than half hotel direct transfer.
