We had booked this service from Germany upon arrival in Bangkok for a further transfer flight to Phuket. It was exactly as described, a very friendly welcome at the plane, then it continued to immigration as well as to the baggage claim to then subsequently check in again for the next flight. At no time did we need to worry about anything; everything was taken care of by the assistant. We can recommend this service without reservation and would book it ourselves again anytime, as it makes arriving much more relaxed. Many thanks to the entire team, especially to the assistant who accompanied us.

We booked it because we werent sure if we can make it through immigration. but in the transit immigration there was no one waiting. i guess we are lucky but i'm glas that we booked it anyways :) The guy waiting and escorting us was a really nice experience :) thank you
Best money spent. The plane arrived 30 minutes early and the staff member was waiting for us. We saw the huge Queues others were standing in and we breezed past all that waiting.

Maybe it was a mix up but no one there at the arrival gate to pick me up and transfer to next flight so disappointed
We were met straight off the plane, walked to the separate immigration section for fast track, straight through no queuing. Had to wait for bags to arrive though so didn’t really save us time but we didn’t queue in immigration. People were filtering through from immigration before the bags arrived so it’s a gamble to use the service or not. On this occasion I don’t think it was worth it but has there been a massive queue then it would of so as I say it’s a gamble. No problems with the service itself but I do think it’s very costly for what it is.
