Jo was lovely and feeds you plenty! Come hungry! Lots of savory and sweet snacks. Curious items you may never have tried on your own. Recommend trying everything even if it isn't your normal taste!

Joanna was great. She messaged us a photos of where to meet, she started us off with some great Banff history and a acknowledgement of the native land which I loved and we got a welcome sweet treat. All the places we went to were great. She was friendly and i would highly recommended this tour!! Perfect for a relaxing stroll with good food in the city.

Joanna made this so much fun. It was a cold rainy day but she made it worth it. The food places helped us choose dinner during our trip. We got to enjoy some treats and learn some interesting facts about Banff.

Wow, what a great way to experience the different flavors of Banff while learning a bit of history at the same time. Jo was such a great host as were the restaurants that we ate at. A little nibble here and a little nibble there. By the end of the tour, my mind was full as was my belly. An extra bonus was being able to build a list of restaurants that I want to revisit. Thanks Jo, you are amazing!

We've taken many food tours in our travels and this was one of the worst. My husband and I were joined by two young women. Our group of four consisted of one omnivore, two vegans and a pescatarian (me). Our guide was aware of this prior to the tour and accommodations were made. Except for the first stop, where we had delicious flat breads, the food offered was mostly sugar. This was very disappointing and a waste of our money. There is a large number of restaurants in Banff and we had no problem finding delicious meals the other 5 nights I was there. Maybe it's different if you have no diet restrictions. The only reason I gave this two stars instead of one was because the guide was very nice. During our two week trip, we took another food tour in another town in the area. It was fabulous. There is definitely plenty of good food to be had in the Canadian Rockies, just not on this tour.
I’ve gone back through all of my notes, booking records, and dietary restriction emails, and I’m honestly disappointed to read this review because I can’t determine which tour it refers to. My food tours typically include three savoury tastings, three sweet tastings, and three beverage samples, along with a few additional surprises depending on the day. One thing that also confuses me is the mention of vegan accommodations. I generally do not offer vegan food tours because of the limitations at many of our partner locations, and after reviewing all of this year's bookings, I cannot find any tours that included vegan guests. I'm truly sorry if you felt there were too many sweet items or if the food selections weren't to your taste. I understand that everyone's preferences are different, and I always strive to create a well-balanced experience that reflects the local food scene. If you're willing to reach out to me directly, I would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to identify which tour you attended and better understand your experience. I value all feedback.
We had so much fun with Joanna as we ate and drank our way around Banff. She met us right on time and we embarked on a 3 hour walkabout experiencing bites and beverages that are purely Canadian. There were only 5 in our group, and there was plenty to eat. We learned some Canadian history as well. She capped off the evening with sweets and a photo op. Go, you'll be glad you did!

Jo was a great tour guide! she not only taught us some history about Banff and some of the older buildings, but she took us to a variety of places to try different foods. If you've been afraid to eat some of the Canadian food, you didn't know if you would like it or not, This is the tour for you! Make sure you go hungry! Highly recommend this tour

Really great experience! Jo was an awesome tour guide, sharing with us history about some of the buildings and culture of Banff. You also get to taste a variety of some great food, some of which you would be reluctant to order at a restaurant, not knowing if you would like it or not! Highly recommend this tour! go hungry!!!!
