Tour in navetta di Banff Lake Louise e Moraine Lake

Right before boarding i asked the driver if his tour was the one from Viator. His reply was "i have no idea". So i said that my tour is for Lake Louise and Morraine Lake and there are four of us and to check his list if my name was there. And so it was and 4 of us boarded. You are operating a tour where clients pay thru Viator website. How the hell wouldnt you know that it is from Viator?? He gave the same answer to the other lady who was also asking. Not very friendly. Then the tour started. We were given 1 hour in lake louise and 1 hour in Morraine Lake. My guest was from Ireland and he felt the time given at each site is very little. At least it should have been 1 hr and a half. I heard the same sentiment from other passengers. Lastly i prepared a tip of $40 for the 4 of us. But then on our stop at Morraine Lake he told everyone to prepare $5 for each passenger when we board the bus. And when we boarded he went to each seat and asked if we have given a tip already. I think that is very rude. Why not wait for it to be given to you. So instead of giving him $40 i gave him $20. We were not happy of how this tour was handled. When i have guest visiting, i am now thinking twice of using Viator.

Convenience of going see the lakes without the stress of booking in the canada parks website which fills up really fast.

Bus ride was great. Bus driver was nice and knowledgeable. The views were breathtaking. Would absolutely go again.

We had booked for the Moraine Lake and Lake Louise shuttle tour on July 2, 2025 and were reminded to be punctual for their departure. We had looked forward to this trip with Viator with great enthusiasm, only to be disappointed with misleading information! Firstly we were told that it was a small group tour of 24 travellers, that the shuttle will depart promptly from the pick-up point (Canmore) at 8am, and that a local guide/host will share some insights about the region. Well we had a big coach with 56 passengers on board, was late in departing, and the guide didn’t show up leaving only the driver to take care of things. We were waiting at the pick-up point looking out for a small coach and then found a big coach parked on the far side. When we boarded, we thought it was free seating for everyone, only to be told that it was assigned numbered seating which we were not aware of!! Things got messy and chaotic with the travellers and driver having to sort out the confusion with seating. This delayed the coach from departing promptly as advertised and it wasn’t a good start for our experience!

If you really want to go to Moraine and see that breathtaking view, this is an easy way ( it is pretty much impossibleto get the cheaperoptions now). Easy to book, and the driver was very kind and nice. You will pay more money, but it's worth it; there won't be any regrets when you see the beauty of the lake.

This was a great stress-free way to check out the beautiful Banff lakes. Our driver was awesome with lots of information on the drive up, felt like there was enough time to explore at both lakes and take in the views.

Comfortable trip out and back. Well-timed and organized. Dave (driver) provided a great narrative on history of the area and of the naming of the various mountains/peaks. Highly recommend this for anyone who wants to travel to Moraine Lake or Lake Louise. Took about 6 hours total out and back.

The tour was very organized. David was very informative and entertaining. A great experience for the whole family!
