Loved our shuttle driver - he was a bonus tour guide and I learned a lot! Plus each stop was a on time.
We don’t recommend this agency branded as Cool Banff Tours. We booked a shuttle for 2 to the lakes and got an e-mail that the payment never went through. No more info - no request for new payment or tickets. As we could see that the amount was drawn from our account when checking, we called the evening before and got a rude person at the other end who did not speak English very well. He just confirmed that we were on the list for the tour next morning. As we had then planned for other activity as we never received any confirmation or ticket we asked to jump on the afternoon trip. But no flexibility, just rude answer.
It was a good experience. I would recommend to others. The bus was comfortable and we had ample time at both locations. Brian the driver drove well and even gave us pointers on where to take good pictures from.
Easygoing trip to both lakes - keeps some snacks handy and enjoy a walk around Louise and hike and walk around Moraine. Professional and friendly driver -Lucy, who kept things running on time.
The two lakes are beautiful and Moraine Lake was exceptionally pretty. Once you walk up the steps to the top on Moraine Lake, you will see the beauty!
Yao was so great! He brought great energy, gave us a lot of interesting facts and had a great sense of humour. We loved this tour!
Despite the rather high price and the large crowds of people who also visit both sights, the tour is recommended.
Bus speakers were pointless, couldn’t hear the driver talk when he was describing visuals YAO was funny and caring! 1.5 hours is enough if you want to see the scenery and take pictures!
Our tour driver Lucy was great - she was friendly and a good driver. I definitely recommend her for the drive to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake
Vicki made our experience so great! She was very personable and fun!! We enjoyed her so much! She gave us great tips for each lake visit!
