Giro turistico storico di Baltimora

This tour is an excellent intro to Baltimore city and the surrounding neighborhoods. The guide was great and it was nice not having to walk everywhere, especially in August!

Went on this tour Sunday August 23 with my wife and adult son. The driver and guide were very nice people, but it was obvious that the guide knew nothing about the city. Maybe she was in training? She did not give any stories or insight and told the story in a way that after 90min we still didn’t know when the city was founded or what industry or historical events built the city. It was more of a recitation of comments like “if you look left that is the St James church”. “If you look right, that restaurant has good gelato”. We all thought that this guided tour was the worst of about a 20 we have taken in the USA and Europe. It was almost funny how bad it was… thank goodness for google and Apple Maps so we could fill in the blanks on our own.

we had a fantastic tour guide (ira) on this experience. what he shared about the city areas we visited was intriguing _and_ fun to learn. this is a "must do tour" from our pov, especially for anyone visiting baltimore for the first time. the bus on which we rode was comfortable seating and air conditioner-wise; which was an absolute plus as on the day we toured it was more than a lil' warm. jaja thanks for the wonderful welcome, ira.

We really enjoyed the tour- our guide was personable and enthusiastic! When she didn’t know the answer to a question she researched it and gave us the answer!!!

Fun tour given by local, loved the history and trivia. The van was comfortable. We saw a variety of neighborhoods in downtown Baltimore.

This was a really rewarding and enjoyable tour. Ira is knowledgeable, engaging, and his love for Baltimore is contagious. The tour is essential for a visitor who has too-little time in Baltimore and needs a clear overview. It left me inspired to come back for more.

Great tour of Baltimore, learned a lot about the history, new developments, and different neighborhoods within Baltimore. The guides were very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating.

Have gone on similar tours in other cities and found them quite enjoyable. This tour was underwhelming. Certain points of interest were provided by the guide but there was no real extra knowledge provided. We basically drove around and were provided certain parts of town like "Little Italy" or "Fells Point". The guide's vocal volume was extremely low and hard to hear at times, even with a amplified headset. The ride was air conditioned and they did provide water if needed. Read other reviews who raved about this tour, perhaps we just went at the wrong time.
