One of the best experiences we had in Crete! The boat was fantastic, the skipper was friendly and professional, and every stop was beautiful. We also chose the BBQ option and it was incredible — delicious, authentic food and so much of it! Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic half-day trip with the Chania Sea Experience Team. There were some waves that day, but they had very good and modern RIB boats and the captain was very seafarer. We were also served good snacks and drinks on the trip.

I’m glad we booked a private tour. Ride was choppy due to weatger but our guide/driver was excellent. He gave us enough time between stops to enjoy the water. We also got there before everyone else arrived so got to take photos without the crowd. Highly recommend the trip/tour.

Our captain was very very knowledgable, considerate and friendly. He took us to some very interesting areas in the water, had snacks and drinks for us and was very safe.

Our private boat trip with Chania Sea Experience was the highlight of our week in Crete. From the moment we booked, Konstantinos was incredibly responsive and helped tailor the perfect full-day itinerary for our family, including Balos, Gramvousa, and a secluded swimming spot accessible only by boat. What impressed us most was the attention to detail. One of my children has a life-threatening food allergy, and Konstantinos went out of his way to ensure our barbecue lunch was completely safe. We even enjoyed it in a private shaded area away from the crowds on Gramvousa, which made the experience especially memorable. The captain was equally wonderful. Our children (ages 13 and 9) were initially nervous about being on the boat, but he quickly put them at ease. By the end of the day, my son was confidently taking the wheel under his guidance. Professional, thoughtful, and genuinely customer-focused, the team created an unforgettable day for our family. I wholeheartedly recommend Chania Sea Experience to anyone looking for a truly special day on the water in Crete.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this experience was. Our skipper, Alex, spoke perfect English and was incredibly kind and helpful. We arrived at Balos beach and gramvousa before the big crowds and that made all the difference. The food and beverages were delicious and the boat was clean and spacious. The perfect day!

We had a wonderful time with our captain Alex he was an amazing boat captain and gave us lots of tips in the area. Highly recommend this for for families. I had my two teenagers and my two parents, the six of us and we all had a fabulous time.

We booked our boat trip weeks in advance, but the night before the trip the boat company contacted us regarding a bad weather forecast. They gave us the choice of postponing, canceling, or trusting them to take us from a different port to different secluded beach locations. We chose the latter, and although we did not see Balos, we had a great experience! We appreciated the flexibility they provided to us, and Alex (our captain) was fantastic!

This was such a lovely experience. From the beginning, the communication between myself and Chania Sea was clear, fast responses and just very straightforward. They even let us know early enough that our trip could be affected by winds. Our trip was relaxing, super fun and we had such a great time with our captain Alex.
