Arrampicare il Monte Batur, il vulcano attivo più famoso di Bali, nelle prime ore di un nuovo giorno è una delle esperienze più avventurose, stimolanti e gratificanti dell'Isola degli Dei.
Mount Batur (Gunung Batur), situato a nord ovest del Monte Agung, offre con la sua "doppia caldera" (un cratere all'interno di un altro) indubbiamente uno dei panorami più belli di Bali. La prima eruzione storicamente documentata di Batur fu nel 1804, ed è stata spesso attiva da allora con l'ultima grande eruzione nel 1963. Il lato sud est della più grande caldera 10 × 13 km contiene un lago di caldera, Danau Batur, il più grande cratere lago su Bali e un'importante fonte di pesce. Il cratere interno è un classico picco vulcanico che raggiunge i 1717 metri. La caldera è popolata e comprende i due villaggi principali di Kedisan e Toya Bungkah.

Overall very comfortable and enjoyable
We went on a 5 day trip to Bali and stayed at Ubud. Bagus was our driver for all the days. He was very professional and friendly. He would share stories about Balinese culture and about the locals. Overall we had a good time in Bali and he made us feel safe and comfortable.
I would definitely recommend his services and will use the same for our next trip to Bali.

Excellent experience!!
Our driver (plus guide) was very professional and English speaking. Made our whole trip very convenient as we didn’t have to worry about planning our routes. He guided us on the Balinese culture too. We covered North Bali, Ubud (rafting, swing, etc), Mt. Batur trek and South Bali in this trip.

Perfectly organised
The trek was perfectly organised. We were beginners and Bali bliss tours got us a trekking guide only for the two of us and not on a group basis. This helped a great deal as we could decide our own pace of climbing!
