Bali Private Airport Pick up

Amazing experience. Arrived on time, helpful advices and cheerful atmosphere.

Poor description of “tour” led to our belief that we were to have a guide on the tour for 4 hours not just a driver. Please understand that our driver did an excellent job. I give him 5 stars. We had expected to be given an exposure of Singapore during our layover and after trying to cancel the unguided tour once we realized there was no guide we explained to our driver what we hoped for. He did great. We walked the harbor, experienced an Indian temple, I’m sorry, Hindi or Hindu, sorry that I don’t know exactly what to call it, I hope not to offend anyone. We stopped at a local restaurant for” eggs and toast” which was an interesting experience, and simple but tasty. We didn’t have time to enter what I’ll call the roofed Forest near the harbor but walked through the area surrounding it with the huge, metallic trees. I fear if I leave this review I wouldn’t be able to get back to it o properly name the attractions. My poor hearing prevents me from getting many of the details, including the drivers name. I’m sorry, he deserves recognition and my wife isn’t nearby to ask her. Viator did explain that a proper , probably licensed guide should have been requested, for about US$60-65 more per hour. Really? Thank you to the driver, excellent Viator, please provide a better description of 4 hour unguided drive in the title. We don’t always have time to delve into the description.

My pick up was very easy, my driver was friendly and helpful and he even stopped at the supermarket for me on the way to the hotel.

Absolutely fantastic service. Driver was polite, helped with our luggage, showed no frustrations despite being held up in baggage are for an hour. He was there with a smile and our name signs. This kind of service in a lesson to the Western cultures. Just pure courteous and affable demeanor.

Desman is the best driver in Bali - honestly couldn’t recommend him more. He was so kind, helpful and full of great advice on where to go (and where not to go), and even helped us get amazing discounts along the way. At one point I wasn’t feeling well and mentioned ginger candy helps. We couldn’t find any anywhere… later he surprised me with a big packet he’d asked his friend to buy for me. Such a thoughtful gesture that meant so much. Truly went above and beyond and made our trip so easy and enjoyable. If you need a driver in Bali, he’s the one!

Fantastic driver with great communication, was at the airport on time waiting when we arrived. He was a really great fiendly guy so we used him a few times for other trips while away and each trip he was always friendly and knowlageable of the area. Go ahead and book you will not be dissapointed.
