Bali Lovina Dolphin Wacthing, nuoto e snorkeling Tour

Yesterday, we had the most amazing day on the water with our captain Gede Masda. He brought us to the best spot where we met so many dolphins. It was an amazing and unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend our captain. He spent 4h with us on the water and took such great care of us. But also his son Roy did a great job. He picked us up timely at the hotel and gave us a great explanation & guidelines to have a safe & fun trip. I can only recommend both Gede Masda and Roy.

If I didn’t read some of the negative reviews before going on this tour I might have been disappointed. The reason is that this isn’t a relaxing sunrise boat ride with the dolphins. Instead, you are amongst about 100 loud boats all chasing endlessly behind, in front of, and beside the pods to catch a glimpse of them for 2 hours. I can understand why this is stressful for people to watch as I was myself a bit uncomfortable for the dolphins that this is what they endure every single morning. However, I also understand the Balinese people need to make a living, and I do feel most (not all…) of the boats respected the distance between the dolphins and the boat—including our amazing captain Komang. Being in the water with views of Munduk and the land was spectacular in itself. There were many moments the water and horizon blended so well you couldn’t spot the line between them. It was gorgeous! Both Komang and Edy (my transport) made the morning very lovely. I learned some Balinese from Edy and he took me to his cousin’s restaurant to try some authentic Balinese food after the tour was over. A great experience, a beautiful sunrise at sea. We could see the dolphins! Finally a big special thank you to Edy, our guide who picked us up in Munduk. We had to change hotel to Amed the same day and he kindly offered to take us there after the activity. A big thank you to him. I recommend!

We had a wonderful time with Yudi as our tour guide in Bali. The whole trip was super easy to organize because Yudi took care of everything for us, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. He picked us up directly from our apartment, and we had a beautiful private dolphin tour in Lovina. After that, he patiently waited for us and then took us to visit some amazing waterfalls. Yudi was very friendly the entire time, showed us around, and explained a lot about the places we visited. At the end, he even drove us all the way to the ferry and helped us with the tickets so we could continue our journey to Nusa Lemongan without any stress.
