What an amazing experience. Our driver pickup Kadek was exceptional and was waiting out the front for us with a big smile on his face. Very well spoken and a good driver. We had a great chat. He was very friendly. Very streamline experience from the start to end. The buggy’s were very fun and we got very dirty! They provided outdoor showers to clean off. Then we did the river rafting with Andi! He was super duper funny and we had a wonderful time. He was an excellent guide couldn’t have asked for any better. Very very good at communicating with guests and making them feel like part of the experience!! Had indoor showers with towels provided afterwards. Then we had a great indonesian lunch. Lastly, Kadek drove us back to our resort ending off the experience with a blast.

Myself and 5 of my friends booked for the UTV and rafting and the experience was incredible. Our driver Ade was amazing and was very patient and on time. Ade took many photos and videos for us whilst also taking the time to wait in between our activities. Thank you so much Ade, we will definitely be back!!

Very fun experience with both the UTV and cave tubing. Kadek was such a great driver as well, very accommodating and patient.

We had a great experience with the UTV and Ayung River rafting package. The driver arrived on time for the hotel pickup, and everything was well organized throughout the day. The UTV ride was very fun, especially when driving through the muddy sections. Mud and water splashed everywhere and we ended up completely wet, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Ayung River rafting was not too rough, so it felt safe and suitable even for beginners, but there were still some exciting drops along the way that made it fun. After the activities, shower facilities were available and towels were provided. Lunch was also included and was surprisingly good. There is also a photo and video service available. As of 31 August 2026, the prices were: * All photos: IDR 300,000 * Video: IDR 300,000 * All photos + video: IDR 600,000 * Groups of 5 or more can get a discount The photos and videos are provided through a Google Drive link. Overall, it was a very enjoyable full-day activity and I would recommend it if you want to try both UTV and rafting in Ubud.

Overall a really fun trip, and driver kadec was nice and friendly and on time.

It was a packed day filled with adventures from the thrill of white water rafting to the mud spraying driving experience. The guides Raka and Made were both friendly, keen to make the day as memorable as possible. Special mention to Verry our driver for the day who was very timely in his pick ups and drop off and went the extra mile with engaging conversation.

I booked a tubing and UTV experience with utvbali.com. Booking was easy enough, the link takes you direct to a WhatsApp chat. I think there was a minor miscommunication as the company I think had forgot to book a driver for us initially as we were waiting for a pick up at 08:30. By 08:45 I messaged the company and a driver was sent straight out, so it was easily rectified. Kadek came to pick us up in the morning and took us to the River Wos tubing. This was a fantastic experience and the guides we're very helpful and quite playful at times. It would have been nice to get some photos whilst on the tubes in the river, is my only suggestion , as I didn't take my phone as was worried i might lose it in the water. This wasn't really offered by the river guides company. After this our next drive Gede took us to the UTV experience. This was a hilarious and really fun experience. Be prepared to get absolutely filthy. There are showers on site and towels are also provided. The utv company took photos and videos and we were able to buy these after. Fantastic day from start to finish. Food also provided , lunch and dinner which was nice. Very grateful to have such lovely drivers . Both Kadek and Gede were friendly and welcoming, and made us laugh during our journey. In fact we ended up booking Kadek again as a private driver for the next day. Thankyou again.
