Learning the art of poie

What a wonderful experience! Learning the art of making traditional Goan poie firsthand was both educational and enjoyable. The group was eclectic, and Andria and Rajat were fantastic hosts who made the entire session engaging and easy to follow. The absolute highlight was meeting Mr. Gudino and listening to him share the finer nuances of bread-making. His knowledge, experience, and passion for the craft were inspiring. I came away with a much deeper appreciation for the humble poie and the tradition behind it.

Learning the humble Poie

We had the most amazing time. Learnt how a Poie is made. The working of the oven, the panini making, the explanation by Rajat and Andrea, even talking to other participants about fun places to eat around. Thank you Team Soul Travelling..

Amazing experience I enjoyed with my family. Our host Neha made it so well till end of our experience

I had an amazing experience on this trail, thanks to our host Neha. She was warm polite enthusiastic and made everyone feel comfortable throughout the experience. Her storytelling and knowledge helped us discover some of Goa's hidden gems that we would never have found on our own. The Paanini activity was a big hit with my kids they thoroughly enjoyed it and are still talking about it! The entire trail was well-organized engaging and memorable. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to explore the authentic side of Goa.
