Ci incontriamo all'Essex Street Market. Quello che segue è un ITINERARIO CAMPIONE, in quanto variamo il nostro percorso e soste a seconda degli input del gruppo.
La più antica pasticceria bialy degli Stati Uniti, Kossar's ha una storia colorata e fanno ottimo cibo. Se non ci fermiamo a Russ & Daughters, e forse anche se lo facciamo, potremmo fermarci qui.
A conduzione familiare e gestito per quasi 100 anni, Economy Candy è una sosta colorata e divertente. Hanno caramelle da tutto il mondo, e caramelle che forse non si vedevano da decenni. Molto divertente. Nessun acquisto necessario.
Ci prenderemo qualche minuto per apprezzare l'arte, l'architettura e la cultura del Lower East Side e dei gruppi di immigrati che lo hanno costruito. Questo è davvero uno dei quartieri visivamente più sorprendenti e storicamente importanti in America. E il cibo è incredibile.
Ci fermiamo spesso a El Cabron, dove i tacos sono veri e deliziosi. Prendi una birra o una Margherita se vuoi!
Passeremo per Chinatown, ci godremo il panorama e mangeremo degli gnocchi.

Columbus Park è un parco molto utilizzato e vivace con una ricca storia. Finiamo spesso il nostro tour qui, o nelle vicinanze.

Freeman Alley è una Mecca dei graffiti e della street art. Cambia ogni giorno. Se ti piacciono i colori vivaci e le belle immagini, dovresti vederlo almeno una volta.

Incredible tour and experience. Morgan was the best tour guide and gave us so many interesting facts about the area. The food was amazing and places we would never be able to find on our own. It was like having a friend showing you all of their favorite spots around the city. Best dumplings I have ever had in my life

This was a fabulous tour and our guide, Morgan, was great! It was raining today so he was sensitive to that and worked to get us out of the rain when possible. Stayed with us at the end until our Uber came! He was amazing and the foods were all good and plentiful. Excellent!

Morgan was a very knowledgeable guide who is passionate about NYC. He catered the tour to our likes and interests, and answered all our questions. The food was great at all stops. If you are interested in graffiti and enjoy learning more about the various artists, etiquette, and symbolism, Morgan is your guy.

Highly recommend the Bagels, Dumplings, Tacos & Pizza Sidewalk Alchemy Tour. Morgan loves the City and it’s evident in the thoughtful tour he delivers. We made some detours for my teen and he made it a point to engage my neurodivergent pre-teen in the lesser toured aspects of NYC like the graffiti art & pigeon hangouts! If your time is limited in NYC, thus is a GREAT way to maximize your time and hit up great food spots in iconic neighborhoods. Book it!

This morning went on a LES tour with Morgan. It was a small tour and we had a great time. Morgan was very knowledgeable about the area and the history of the LES. We covered food and the history of immigrants in NYC. The tour was a great blend of food tourism and sociology and history. I have been to NYC many times over the years, but I learned a lot during the tour and saw things I would never have otherwise seen. Morgan was great and I would definitely do another tour with him.

Morgan took us to off the beat & path places to eat & see…some of the best tacos & dumplings we have had! While seating is minimal, we loved the food! Morgan gave us the history of the area & the graffiti on many buildings surrounding us. It was a fun (but chilly) afternoon!
