The biggest downside was the transportation and communication before the tour even started. The shuttle’s A/C wasn’t working on the ride there or back, which made the trip pretty uncomfortable. Also, Heidi’s communication beforehand was rude and honestly put a damper on the experience before we even arrived. As a tourist, I was trying my best with the information I had and didn’t appreciate the way I was spoken to. The camel ride itself was fun but only lasted about 20–30 minutes. The tacos were okay, and the tequila tasting was decent. One thing I didn’t like was that the UTV ride to get to the camels took up a huge portion of the excursion because we were driving so slowly, so it felt like we spent more time getting there than actually riding the camels. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but for the price, I expected better customer service and more time actually enjoying the main attraction.
Hi Angel, honestly I wanted to cancel your group before hand because of how you started out treating our staff. You booked pickup from a spot that was not on our route and then refused to give the map link to your Airbnb so that the driver could find your location. By the time you helped the driver find your location every tour after yours for the entire day had to start late. My guess is the driver was mad and did not turn on the AC but I will check. The time you are given with the camels is 1 hour total for riding and pictures. It is a private experience. If you had a bad time it was because no one wanted to make sure you had a good time because of your entitled attitude from the second you booked. There are other people who also paid to enjoy Cabo and no one is rearranging van routes, tour times, etc simply because you think you deserve more than everyone else. We are here to help everyone make memories, not just people who can afford to discount every other human in the area.
