We booked and paid full price for a 1-hour snowmobile tour for two people, with two separate snowmobiles. When we arrived, we were suddenly told there wasn’t enough snow and they were switching us to a UTV. That part is understandable — weather happens. What is not acceptable is that instead of giving us two UTVs or adjusting the price, we were forced to share ONE UTV and the ride lasted only 30 minutes. We paid full price for a 1-hour, two-vehicle experience, but received half the time and half the equipment. The guides and on-site staff were friendly and genuinely tried to help. They understood our concern and even contacted the manager. Unfortunately, the manager refused to take responsibility. He denied us a refund, did not allow us to cancel, and didn’t offer any compensation despite giving us only half of what we paid for. It honestly feels like the manager scammed us. The management clearly prioritized keeping our money over providing the service we booked. To make things worse, they never informed us in advance that snowmobiles would not be available. We only found out after arriving when we had no other option.
This is the place to do snowmobiling! Very professional and friendly staff, great equipment, and beautiful trails. Perfect!
Our guide was very helpful and pleasant. We learned the basics and had a great time. Next time I’ll take one of the longer excursions!
