Avventura in ATV o UTV con giro in barca Banana alla spiaggia di Conchal

The ATV part was somewhat underwhelming as it took place on regular roads without any driving on tracks etc. So basically you spent 30min driving to a beach on a dusty road and then drove back. The included fruits were handed out at the end on the parking lot - would have expected a more scenic drive and some more challenges as well as stops at the beach rather than just driving past. Not worth the money they charge compared with ATV tours we had in other countries.

The tour takes you to one or two beaches but it's mostly driving on gravel roads so it's very dusty. The advertising is somewhat misleading as there's not really any off-road involved.

506 Transfers and Tour were amazing, the best experience in tamarind Costa Rica was with them. Super recommended, the guides were always responsible and respectful. Visit Costa Rica who will not regret it and be sure to contact 506 Transfers and tours!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed this excursion! Juan was our guide and he was a pleasure to deal with, he spoke great English so was easy to follow his instructions, our kids ages 11,13,16 and 17 loved everything about this tour! They took us to two different beaches including conchal beach (best beach be far!) and to Royal beach where we purchased pina coladas and the kids played some ping pong/pool tha was at the restaurant/bar. The banana boat ride was epic, the instructors were mindful asking if we wanted a slow ride or fast and if he could toss us off, of course we chose to be tossed off! I would highly recommend this tour!

Juan was terrific. Instructions ahead of time were unclear. Van picks you up and drops you off at the headquarters. You pack all of your stuff in the trunk of the ATVs. There are 1 seater and 2 seaters. Wear your bathing suit the whole time under your clothing. Travel 45 minutes (dusty roads- bring or buy the bandana!). The provide helmet and goggles. After 45 minutes you arrive at Playa Conchal for 30 min banana boat ride. If you wear prescription glasses make sure you have Croakies to keep them on when you go flying off! After a half hour, you’re right about 10 more minutes to the next beach. It’s called pirate Beach. You get off and take some pictures and can get a drink or smoothie. Then it’s 45 minutes back to the home base. Expect to get full of dust! I recommend wearing sneakers.

Water was too choppy for the Banana boat so we got an extra hour out in the ATV’s. Reynols took us to four different beaches. Stopping at each one and gave the local meaning of the beach. He showed us Howler Monkeys, Blue Jays, Turtle dens and so much more. We feel so blessed to have such a knowledgeable guide. Highly Recommend! And we will be doing this tour again next time we are in Costa Rica

Fantastic,full throttle and action packed adventure. Hang on but it doesn't matter your going to get dumped multiple times, this fun adrenaline adventure starts out slow meandering through the ocean as you speed up it becomes quite the action packed adventure. Not recommended for those with any type of nagging injuries. Getting thrown into the ocean you can land hard . Also make sure your phone is in a waterproof case and secure it to your lifejacket. My wife's water shoes came off a few times so make sure they are secured as best you can. Be especially careful with glasses on this tour my wife put hers in her pocket or they would have been lost. Great action packed adventure. High adrenaline not for the faint of heart. We did land fairly hard on one dumping. I'm sure you can tell them to go easy, we did not . This was our favorite family tour for the whole family. Smiles all around. ATV tour was easy and a great ride through the jungle saw some howler monkeys great fun dusty ride. You will get dusty wear older clothes and shoes if possible.

This place is the best. Took time to show us the sites with no hurry up to finish tour. Thanks to all at this location. Larry

This activity was so much fun for our family! We loved riding the ATVs as well as getting to explore the private beaches. They were beautiful and it was a great way to see more of the Pacific coast without having to drive from beach to beach. Highly recommend!!!

The tour itself was great. The guide was patient & ensured we were safe while also having a fantastic time for our group of 5. I knocked off 2 stars because the co-owner Viviana was awful. We originally booked this tour with a pick up from a house in Tamarindo. Due to issues at that house, we stayed in Hacienda Pinilla. I contacted Viviana directly to change the pickup location. She said it wouldn’t be a problem. When we arrived to the tour location, we were informed that there was a $10/person charge. No where was that listed on Viator & Viviana didn’t mention it in our chats. Had I known, we would have driven ourselves since we had a car. She was extremely rude on the phone & continuously cut me off. She offered to charge $5/person, then rescinded that offer & lied saying she never said that. I had her on speaker phone so everyone heard her say it. She then threatened to leave us in Tamarindo rather than return us to Pinilla. She needs to learn how to treat customers & the importance of excellent customer service. I was a customer & I’m a travel agent. I’m going to tell my travel agent colleagues to book with another company all because of how disrespectful & rude Viviana was.
