La tua guida amichevole ti incontrerà al tuo hotel al mattino per iniziare il tuo viaggio memorabile. Prima viaggeremo verso la storica Burana Tower vicino alla piccola città di Tokmok, a circa 80 km da Bishkek. Mentre viaggi, godrai di una splendida vista sulle montagne del Tien Shan, specialmente nelle giornate limpide. Passando per Tokmok, noterai monumenti di epoca sovietica e scoprirai la sua affascinante storia di significativa città industriale. Lungo la strada, sperimenterai la vita del villaggio locale e paesaggi pittoreschi.
Esplora la Burana Tower, un antico minareto e simbolo del ricco passato del Kirghizistan. La tua guida condividerà storie sui mausolei e sui siti archeologici che circondano la torre. È possibile salire in cima alla torre per una vista mozzafiato sulla valle del Chui e sulle montagne del Tien Shan. Visita il piccolo museo che espone manufatti e una mostra all'aperto con antiche incisioni su pietra e disegni rupestri.
Successivamente, viaggerai attraverso la gola di Boom, uno splendido paesaggio che collega la valle del Chui e il lago Issyk-Kul. Qui, farete una pausa per gustare gli snack tradizionali kirghisi: kattama (una gustosa torta sfoglia) e tè preparato in un samovar russo.
Arrivati a Cholpon-Ata, la città principale sulla costa settentrionale di Issyk-Kul, visiterete il Museo Storico per conoscere l'affascinante storia del Kirghizistan. Quindi, esplora l'imponente museo a cielo aperto con antichi petroglifi, disegni in pietra risalenti all'VIII secolo a.C. al IV secolo d.C. Situato ai piedi delle panoramiche montagne Kungei Alatau, il sito offre viste panoramiche sul lago Issyk-Kul. Long day but well worth the trip to Issy Kul lake and Burana Tower. Delicious local food was a big plus.
I had an amazing time with Andrei who spoke very well English . His vehicle was very comfortable and his driving style was very safe. The experience itself was majestic . The history of the country and area was evident in the places we passed through, from Burana Tower to the 2 outdoor museums . I chose this tour although the price can be a little high since I want to visit the town of Cholpon Ata instead of Balykchy . The lake of Issyl Kul was beautiful , unfortunately because the waves were too risky that day , we were not able to go on a boat ride. However, we had a relaxing time in the hot spring bath instead . The foods we had along the way were also very good . We were back in city around 7:30 PM . All in all, an amazing experience and recommended to all !
Faruk is a great driver, great guide, and speaks great English! Clean car! My friend and I had an excellent time. We didn't want to go into the hot spring pools so we just walked around a little bit. We learned a lot about Kyrgyz culture and daily life. We strongly recommend Faruk as a tour guide.
It went well, punctual in the hotel pickup and the guide was attentive. The Burana Tower is a must and the boat ride in the lake was fantastic.
Longer day than advertised. No boat trip off season. No beach access to lake. Beautiful drive with lots of stops for snacks. Delicious restaurant meal. Hot springs are worthwhile.
We had an excellent experience with our driver and tour guide Anwar. He was a wonderful person—polite, helpful, and attentive throughout the trip. The car was very comfortable, which made traveling long distances easy and relaxing. I would gladly recommend him to anyone.
My husband and I booked this last minute so we’d get to see more of the country before horsetrekking for a week. We’re so glad we did! This full day excursion showed us parts of the Silk Road and the national history. Our guide, Baiaman, was SUPER cool and knowledgable about our history questions and providing contexts to the landscapes and its attractions. He was a great driver also. The boats were closed for season which was unexpected, but on the drive back he made a surprise stop for us at a zoo to ensure our experience was well-rounded. This was a full day and I’d recommend friends and family go. If we ever make it back to KG I’ll definitely be reaching out to Baiaman again for another tour!

Did the one-day trip from Bishkek to Issyk Kul and it was amazing! The drive itself was super scenic, and the lake was beautiful - it stretches for miles, with mountains all around. We stopped a few times at different spots for photos and lunch. Our tour also included visiting the very old petroglyphs near the lake, which was fascinating. My guide, Baiaman, was super knowledgable and friendly - he is a great tour guide. It’s a long day but totally worth it if you don’t have time to stay overnight. Definitely recommend!
It was very good. After arriving at the airport in the morning, we went to Lake Isikkuru, boarded a boat, and after that we could see the stars while riding. The guides have no problem with English and have lived abroad, so they are knowledgeable. Most of all, you can change your itinerary as many times as you want if you negotiate, so please talk a lot!
