Loved our experience. Great people, good equipment, and fun activity. They provided fun up beat encouragement for our daughter. Definitely being a water bottle!

First things first. Wear workout clothes and hiking shoes. I tried to look like a hunk for my wife with a Tank Top and some Vans on. My Feet were upset with me after, If your going in September, its humid and hot. You will be sweating. It was a thrill to Zipline, I felt very secure. Customer service was top notch, we went during Covid so it was super sanitized everywhere but also since the workers were shut down for a while, They were all so happy to just be working again and it showed with there patience and customer service. I only recall a Pedro ( Instructor) and Naomi (Photographer). The whole crew did an excellent job for my fearful crew.
