We understand that the inconveniences you mentioned have affected your experience, and we apologize for this. Regarding the condition of the bus, we assure you that this is not typical for our fleet, we review everyday our buses with the team to ensure that all our vehicles maintain the comfort and quality standards our passengers expect. It is important to mention that, in Bolivia, the buses available are standard, and the so-called "bed buses" have a maximum inclination of 160 degrees, which may differ from the expectations of those traveling from other countries. We would also like to point out that Bolivian roads have certain limitations, and in some sections, there may be potholes that affect the comfort of the ride. Even so, we strive to maintain the best possible experience within these conditions. Regarding breakfast, we regret that it didn't meet your expectations, but we will take this into account to improve our planning for the future. We will also contact the cafeteria to review the quality of what was served that day. It's important to note that upon arrival in Uyuni, we are the unique company who provide a suitable space for passengers to rest and enjoy a breakfast, other companies jut give you a box breakfast, but we which consider an important part of the experience after a long trip, in Uyuni all the Caffè shops are located three blocks from the bus station, it's not a long walk, you can get in five minutes. Finally, regarding Wi-Fi service, we inform youin our page that it is not included on the bus because many areas have very limited or no internet coverage.
