Enzo and staff was amazing and wonderful hostess. Took away so many tips to try on our own. The pizza and pasta were the best we had on our trip from a creditable chef.
An amazing experience, we enjoyed very much our cooking classes, lots of fun, practical tips from Enzo, so tasty food with all fresh ingredients. We met bunch of very friendly people who shared that lovely experience with us. Highly recommended for those who want to taste real Italy .
One of the highlights of our entire trip. Vincenzo opened his beautiful home to us and we could not have envisioned a better experience. From the company, to the views, the food, the wine, the lessons.. everything was top tier! We are so grateful to have met him and his beautiful lady, we cannot wait to hopefully come back again one day ✨🥰
FANTASTIC!! Enzo is fun and informative! The food was delicious oils and the atmosphere great! If it is warm, know there is no air flow, but he does all the cooking!! Exceptional!!

The pasta and pizza cooking class with Enzo and his staff was outstanding and beyond our expectations. His home that the class is held was beautiful with incredible views. Our food and his instructions during class were precise and with humor. We felt like family cooking together.

We had high hopes for this excursion, but ran into several issues throughout the evening. We left almost an hour after our scheduled meeting and departure time due to a bus breakdown. It happens. We arrived at the chef's beautiful villa, where he welcomed us to a tented area overlooking the sea. Gorgeous views, cannot be beat! The cooking class was not difficult at all, was hoping to learn more about how to make authentic pasta. We did make pasta but it was not very informative. Hospitality was wonderful, the pizza amazing, but we did not use the pizza dough we made because it would not rise in time. That was fine because the pizza served was the best we had in Italy after traveling to various cities over the past couple weeks. The evening extended an hour and 45 minutes longer than scheduled, which normally would not be an issue, but we had a very early 3:00 a.m. departure the following morning, and needed to get back to Sorrento to pick up handcrafted goods by 11:00 p.m. We made it but not without a lot of pressure and drama involved. Lastly, four of five in our party did not feel well the following day. Lots of trips to the restroom on a hectic travel day was not a welcomed situation. Something we ate or drank on this cooking excursion had to contribute to the upset stomach issues by 80% of the family (the 5th did not drink the champagne or wine). 32 people in one cooking class made it very hard for the chef to contain the enthusiasm by this large group of strangers. With wine flowing freely and lots of fun conversation, guessing parts of the cooking education was eliminated from the itinerary. I would recommend checking it out but beware of no regard for scheduling, and you are not going to take back a ton of knowledge to chef it up at home.
Hi, I'm sorry about the minivan mishap, unfortunately, and the beauty of the live broadcast... as for the feeling of being unwell the next day, it's the first time I've heard of these things, perhaps they overdid it a bit with the wine, given that it's a self-service store, and that evening they finished over 40 liters..In any case, you were the only ones among 32 people to experience these problems, so I think the problem was caused by something else that did not depend on us. for what we teach, I'm very proud of it, and it's true that they make me proud with the photos of the pizzas, ravioli, and tiramisu they make at home. After my experience, what can I say? I hope to have the pleasure of having you back as a guest, offered by me again.
