My friend and I had the most AMAZING time!! Saiy was a fantastic guide who answered our questions thoughtfully about the history and culture of Cambodia. The highlights of the tour were swinging on the hammocks at the noodle restaurant and watching the locals make sticky race in bamboo sticks (we also got the chance to eat it & they were delicious)! I’ve never been to a monastery before and it was so interesting to learn about! The locals were very kind and joyful! Such an unforgettable experience & a great way to get a comprehensive look at the countryside.
Highly recommend this tour! Such a fun afternoon in the countryside seeing beautiful lotus flowers, animals, and sunset. I had a solo tour and it felt like spending time with old friends!
We had a lovely afternoon with guide Saiy recently. We did the Tonle Sap Jeep tour and were picked up from our hotel by Saiy with his drivers in a pair of vintage jeeps. We bumped along country roads looking at farms, a market, rice fields and even a wedding!! It was a hot drive but it cooled down as soon as we left the city and entered the lush countryside near the lake. We drove through tall villages on stilts and then boarded a boat that took us out onto the lake to enjoy sunset. Saiy provided plenty of cool water, cold beer and good humour. It was a great afternoon!!

I had the most amazing time! Long was the best guide. Super knowledgeable, kind, and took lots of photos! I was traveling alone and wanted something off the beaten path that still felt safe. This excursion ended up being the best part of my entire trip to Cambodia and I cannot recommend it enough. A can’t-miss for sure :)

Absolutely amazing authentic Cambodian cultural experience with our guide Long. We got incredible insights and stories about the Cambodian culture & way of life. We ventured to locations and learnt things that no tourist would ever possibly come across by themselves & we got a chance to get rural & relax with a spectacular sunset over the rice fields. The jeep meant we did it all in style but the real highlight was our guide Long who was incredibly chatty, genuine and kind. We deeply enjoyed asking him all sorts of questions about life lI'm Cambodia and sharing stories with each other about our lives in general. Sambath is an awesome guide! This tour showed the day to day lives of normal Cambodian people. It was very interesting to see the farms, poultry, husbandry, noodle making, bamboo sticky rice making, etc. i strongly recommend anyone taking this tour to go on an empty stomach and you will eat a lot of food and snacks. Sambath and his brother very very friendly and answered all my questions. I came only for the Angkor Wat but I am glad I did this tour, so that I was able to see the authentic country side of Cambodia!
