Never showed up!! It was our Christmas plan and they stood us up!! Kids were so upset!! Waiting forever ans no once ever picked us up.
Unfortunately there was an accident on the road and we could not arrive but the refund was immediate. And you were offered a new schedule but you didn't accept.

Viator advertised this as $66 per person,but when we got to the check-in kiosk, he tackled on an extra $50 per person $25 was for the “optional insurance “, which turned out to be not so optional. The other $25 were to enter the park, which was not disclosed in the description. The guy at the checkin was super evasive with my questions and was trying to confuse me. He kept speaking English even though I was speaking to him in spanish so that it was easier for him to explain. Do not come here or call ahead for all hidden fees.
Dear user, in our product description it is clearly written the entrance to the park is $25 per person and collision insurance is optional as anywhere in the world. Our rules are written in the description. If you didn't read in advance, we are not responsible. In addition, we have no record that you have visited us. We believe that you are someone who is only looking to affect our business.
The good: I did ATVs with 5 other friends for my bachelor party and the experience was unreal. They let you rip the ATVs and the tour guides are absolute bros. Our group consisted of first timers to advanced riders and we all had a blast. Afterwards the tequila isn’t much but you can buy bottles or hang out at the bar and drink beers/etc. The not-so-good: they definitely try to squeeze/finese every penny out of you. We paid $65 pp and knew about the $25 pp park fee (no biggie). However, they make you upgrade $50 pp if you can’t drive the semi-automatics. They also try to sell you on an $80 pp “upgrade” for a private tour. We didn’t do that and still got the private tour. Also, they’ll try to sell you on photo packages (1 photo cost us $20). We also ended up waiting almost an hour for our shuttle back to our hotel (again, no biggie) but something good to know in case you’re crunched for time. Summary - it was well worth it and a GREAT experience. Be careful not to be swindled by the prices.
Hello dear customer, we are pleased to read your good comments and there is nothing hidden about the prices, tickets to the park are mandatory even for the locals. The park is a business, which offers purchases such as vehicle upgrades and photographs and food and drinks. But no one is obliged to buy anything they don't want. For example, Disneyland and Sea world offer things within their parks that are not included.
Love it! Gino is a fantastic guide!!!!! We had a lot of fun and they took beautiful pictures from us. The Tequila Tasting was excellente :-)

Check in took way too long to already have reservations. I understand having to sign the wavier. But having to read into a microphone about not paying for extra insurance??? Come on!!
Dear user, thank you for your comments. We have already enlarged and remodeled the check-in area for your best comfort. And do you comment on the collision insurance? when you make the reservation just below where it says that it is not included. It clearly says that at check-in you will be offered collision insurance just like when you rent a car in any city in the world. And our collision insurance is totally optional.
Our tour guide was Christian and he honestly made this experience 10x better!! It was my group first time riding ATVs so he made sure we had the automatic bikes instead of manual and I'm so glad he did because i struggled with handling the bike in the beginning. I wasn't sure what I was getting self into at first. There was sand and dust everywhere but after about 20 mins I started to get more comfortable. Riding along the beach was sooo beautiful. We stopped to get water and take pics with the camel. You're not allowed to take your own phone which sucks because the pictures they take are VERY expensive but overall I would definitely do this again!!
