Si prega di lasciare la nave un'ora al momento dell'arrivo al porto e procedere all'area di incontro designata elencata di seguito per effettuare il check-in con il proprio rappresentante. TERMINAL CROCIERE BAIA DI MOGANO & PORTO TROPICALE ISLA : Uscire dalla nave e camminare lungo il percorso principale nella zona dello shopping. Proseguire oltre le fontane, attraverso la zona shopping, fino all'edificio con un tetto rosso sulla destra. Entrate in quell'edificio e camminate fino alla fine dove il taxi bianco parcheggia. Svolta a sinistra e sali sulla collina. Vedrete un GRANDE cancello di SICUREZZA VERDE. Passare attraverso il cancello e giù per la collina. La tua Guida Detour Roatan sarà sulla destra con un cartello Detour Roatan e il tuo nome e informazioni. La Guida ti farà il check-in e ti porterà alla tua navetta. La tua avventura Roatan sta per iniziare! Buona giornata! CENTRO CITTÀ/PORTO DI ROATAN & COXEN HOLE TERMINAL CROCIERE: Uscire dalla nave e raggiungere a piedi la zona principale dello shopping. Cerca il CHIOSCO ESCURSIONI NUMERO 2 dove vengono venduti tour ed escursioni. Questo è il chiosco del tour South Shore Adventures e Detour Roatan. Beautiful beach. Best experience will be if you book the suites on the beach with front beach view. Those are newly build and make for a comfortable and beautiful stay. Food was good in all the restaurants and besides food being delayed one night at dinner overall we had a great experience. Special shout out to the following staff members: Yeray, Karla, Daina, Dinia, Shayla, Beverly, and we can't forget the one and only Mr Pinki at the activity center!
We had a beach cabana for the day and it was fabulous! The pool staff & pool manager, Luisa, made sure all our needs were met. We were a family of r & our 2 teens loved the pool. I tool one of the resort's complimentary paddle boards out. It was so nice to take time to relax and enjoy the waters right in front of the resort. The location was perfect, food was delicious. My only regret is that we were only there for the day. We will be back! Thank you again to Luisa & her amazing staff who made our day so special ❤️
driver was awesome. experience with the local company sucked. got the worst chairs at the kimpton three hundred yards from the beach with nowhere to store valuables. the local company blew us off even though lockers were promised.
Lockers are not promised or listed in the package and the security at the Kimpton beach and pool area is absolutely terrific and they have never offered lockers to begin with. The beach is 40-50 feet away from the pool deck and area at most. From the front desk to the pool or beach bar is less than 100 metres. You folks booked and received your hotel lounger/chair, round trip transportation and everything listed in the tour page, including what that the hotel offers to our guests and company. Please do not embellish or invent misinformation about the Kimpton hotel or the services provided or rendered. We hope you enjoyed your visit to Roatan nonetheless! Thank you!
