Questo è il giorno migliore per fuggire dal trambusto della città. Goditi il prelievo gratuito dall'hotel al mattino presto o a mezzogiorno, a seconda dell'ora in cui desideri iniziare il tour. Dopo una breve introduzione, goditi un giro in un landcruiser 4 * 4 per circa 40 minuti ed entra in questo famoso parco nazionale. Il parco si trova a pochi chilometri a nord-est di Arusha, sebbene il cancello principale si trovi a 25 km a est della città ea 35 km dall'aeroporto internazionale di Kilimanjaro (KIA). Il parco nazionale di Arusha ha una ricca varietà di fauna selvatica. Nonostante le dimensioni ridotte del parco, gli animali comuni includono giraffa, bufalo del capo, zebra, facocero, scimmia Columbus in bianco e nero, scimmia blu, fenicottero, elefante, leone e molti altri animali africani. Sono presenti popolazioni di leopardi, ma raramente viste. L'avifauna nella foresta è prolifica, con molte specie di foreste più facilmente visibili qui che altrove sulla rotta turistica: il trogon Narina e il trigono a coda di rondine sono entrambi possibili punti salienti per i birdwatcher, mentre la gamma di specie di storni fornisce un interesse un po 'meno sfacciato. Dopo 4 ore di visita guidata professionale e dopo aver visto il maggior numero possibile di animali selvatici, è tempo di lasciare il parco per la città o l'aeroporto di Arusha.

The tour said "hotel or airport pickup" and I applied because there was Kilimanjaro International Airport on the list of pickup locations, but Kilimanjaro International Airport paid $80 in cash because it required an additional fee. Also, when I got the appointment time of 7am, they didn't pick me up, and when I contacted them, they said they hadn't heard from Vaitor, so they picked me up more than 40 minutes late.
Wonderful experience, Shiraz was so friendly and knowledgeablw, looked after us so well , was a great spotter and guide. Fabulous 👌
We had an extra day in Arusha before starting our Kilimanjaro hike, and this was the perfect half day excursion to get us out of the hotel without being too strenuous given the jet lag. Ben and Linus picked us up from our hotel to take us to the park. Ben left to arrange park payment fees and Linus drove us up to the park and gave us our tour. We saw baboons, blue monkeys, colobus monkeys, giraffes, zebras, Cape buffalo, warthogs, flamingos, and much more. We had a great time with our knowledgeable guide.
The trip was offered in German, which was also a booking criterion for us. But all in English. No information that the pick-up time is moving from 7.00 am to 1.00 pm
In the park there are mainly giraffes, zebras and warthogs. There are many flamingos and other waterfowl at the lake. Since there is a lot of woodland and otherwise often very dense bushes, animals were not as well observed here as in more open terrain. If you already have safari experience, you probably won't see any new highlights here. Although there are certainly elephants and also leopards. So that's what you should be prepared for. But it is a nice and varied tour. For the safari novice this is a great way to get started before heading to Tarangire and Ngorongoro

This was the best way to spend our free day in Arusha . We booked this early morning tour and our guide was prompt in picking us from our hotel. The vegetation is awesome and the sparsely populated monkeys jumping from tree to tree. Though not many animals, but everything was great
