We messaged and called them multiple times before the pick up time and during. We had no idea where to meet them. We never got the ride and had to take Lyft.
They never showed !!! Embarrassing! They will leave you high and dry at the airport and not answer the phone at all .
I hired this limousine service to pick us up at the Newark New York airport to Manhattan for a not cheap price, they canceled my flight and I could not modify the reservation nor did they reimburse me for the limousine service that I paid for and could not use due to the cancellation of my flight
WORST LIMO SERVICE EVER. We booked this for our family vacation months in advance. Confirmed by phone 2 days in advance. Not only did we not get the "meet and greet" that we paid for, but the driver was 75 minutes late. Then, when we arrived at the hotel, he did not drive into the entrance where there were bell boys; he stopped at the curb nearby and left us with our luggage. DO NOT USE this company. It will be a waste of your money.
Please be advised, NEVER use this service! We arrived on at JFK from Manila close to midnight and had paid for a meet and greet service as this was our first time to NY and were not sure were to go. First issue, nobody there to greet us! After this we ventured outside to try and find our luxury SUV that we had booked, nothing! after almost 45 minutes of trying to contact Star Ride Limo, we finally spoke to someone who said "Yeh the driver was there, waited for 5 minutes then he had to go to another job!" WTF! so we were left high and dry and had to get a yellow cab. We lodged a complaint and as expected, not even a response! As plenty of others here can attest to, do not use!
Despite other reviews I found the experience excellent. On arrival at JFK phoned to see where car was, told it had broken down. Within 10 minutes fresh driver and car supplied. Efficient ride to hotel despite the heavy traffic. No issue with driver or car. On return luxury car supplied. We had to change to JFK from Newark the day before, no problem or cost. Again efficient and knowledgeable driver. Speak as I find and would recommend definitely
I booked a roundtrip for jfk going to manhattan i have to say the service was perfect. Our driver went above and beyond to make trip pleasant.

Both transfers took place eventually but not by a Limo company and not in accordance with the service requested and paid for. On Thursday 9th - there was no driver waiting with a sign and despite searches of the airport terminal, I could not find anyone waiting to collect me. I called StarLimo who connected me with the driver who told me that he was on his way into NYC and that it would take 25 mins to get back to me. I called the company again and they sent another driver who collected me outside the terminal. The driver was an Uber driver who had just been given the job moments before he collected me. I was over an hour waiting for a car to bring me to NYC. On Friday 10th, I received a text message on Friday am advising that the driver would collect me at 4pm as arranged and during the course of the day several additional messages advising that I should contact the driver via WhatsApp when I was ready to leave NYC. I made contact with the driver at 3.40pm who advised me that he would be at the hotel in a “few minutes”. Despite several messages to the driver who was continuously 3 minutes away, I was not collected until 4.32pm and the driver advised me that he was an Uber/Lyft driver who had been given the job only moments before. It seems from my experience that the company with whom you made the booking is a front for Uber/Lyft and charges a significant premium to provide a very poor service.
Flight was delayed several times, and ultimately arrived 7 hours after scheduled, but our ride was there when we arrived. We did not have to wait at all. He was in communication with us when the plane landed, and as we walked through the airport. Very pleased with our experience.
