Pick up was on time, and easy to find. Booking was super easy as well. Van was large, nice and clean and driver was very polite.

The driver wasn't waiting with the other drivers when we arrived, despite our arrival being on time. He was actually sitting in one of the restaurants. It took an hour and a call to customer service to find him. After we found him, he was polite and the van was clean.
