It was a nice comfortable ride. The driver was friendly and knowledgeable about the city. It was a short ride.
Our driver, Patrick, from Burton transit was awesome! He was extremely communicative and was there when our plane arrived. We enjoyed the conversation on the way to our hotel as well!
The experience was exceptional. The chauffeur communicated with me upon arrival at the airport once we had our luggage he was at the pick up zone . Darryan arrived a few minutes later and we were on our way to the hotel.

The transportation company claims that the did not receive the order from Viator. They sent a driver 40 minutes later. Although he was good, the waiting for him was not good
My driver was prompt, and communication was great. He got us and our luggage where we needed to be quickly, no small blessing after a LOOOOOONG flight. He also had nice recommendations about local attractions and eateries we might like. All in all, did a great job!
