Outside the cruise port is always a bit of a zoo when a ship is disembarking. Our driver parked in a spot easy to get to and was patient with us as we tried to locate the car. We were then quickly and efficiently taken to our hotel

Our driver was excellent, kind, informative…very nice van too! He was on time although my WhatsAp wasn’t working so I couldn’t contact him. I suggest texting via phone number.

The driver was not familiar with the alternate debarkation pier for Celebrity cruises in Buenos Aires. Obviously neither were we. We waited for an extended time for the driver. Thanks to a local Celebrity employee who was able to give directions to the driver, the driver finally arrived. After we were dropped at our hotel the driver insisted on an additional fee for the pier mix up. Of course this was never discussed prior. We certainly could have taken a taxi for better and cheaper service.
