Amazing trip!! This tour is professional and well organized. The food is top quality throughout the entire trek. The views along the trail are breathtaking the entire way. The packing list provided is perfect, proper laying is absolutely necessary. At that elevation the nights are cold. It is part of the experience. I hope to go with Vidal expeditions once again someday. Thank you!

This was one of the best experiences of my life. My guide was so patient and extremely knowledgeable in rock climbing. He also was very knowledgeable about the local area and all of its history. We had the most amazing conversation about Eco tourism, and how every country should encourage it in order to preserve the beauty in history. Again, and recommend it to anybody.

Easy communication through whatsapp before the tour. Pickup and drive out was quick and smooth. The guide spoke excellent English and was very flexible and fun! Our group has some experience so besides guiding us climbing, he also taught us how to do knots and other rock climbing knowledge. Great day out! Also a very good pack lunch!!

Had a great day of top rope climbing with Urbano, who was professional and experienced. Both safety and vibes were strong! I was new to outdoor rock climbing so the explanations and routes were tailored appropriately with this in mind. We wrapped up at the crag slightly early so checked out a cave nearby. Would definitely recommend going with Urbano if you’re wanting to get outdoors around Cusco.

I had the best time! I sport climb in Washington and wanted to try climbing in Peru, the elevation was killer! But you’re in good hands with skilled and knowledgeable local climbers that know their stuff!

I had an awesome time doing the rock climbing day tour! All the gear was in good condition and there was a thorough explanation at the beginning about safety and ways to anchor. I did both top rope and lead with a variety of different routes, and the views were amazing. Highly recommend!

We had planned a family rock climbing experience during our stay in Cusco and we had a great day at Salkantay Mountain, about 30 minutes away. (Not to be confused with Salkantay Trekking). Urbano was our guide, he is very knowledgeable and concerned for our safety. The gear was like new and in great shape (worth mentioning due to the safety associated with it) . As a travel advisor I would highly recommend this activity for my clients looking for something different and more adventurous. Precious experience is not required as your guide will go over a safety briefing before the climb, but recommended so you know what to expect.
