- Accesso ad Arrábida - importante: in quanto parco naturale, Arrábida è una regione protetta che deve essere preservata. Durante l'alta stagione (dal 4 giugno al 15 settembre), l'accesso alle spiagge di Arrábida è soggetto a varie restrizioni di traffico e parcheggio. Prima di partire, valutate i diversi modi per arrivarci:
- Auto propria - se hai bisogno di viaggiare in auto, considera di arrivare al parcheggio Praia do Creiro entro le 9: 00 per assicurarti un posto. La tariffa giornaliera del parcheggio è di € 5 e può essere pagata solo in contanti. Se arrivate a metà mattina potreste non riuscire a trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze e non vi sarà permesso di guidare fino alla spiaggia.
- Trasferimenti Seatru o partner - se desideri un trasferimento da Azeitão o Setúbal a Praia do Creiro, offriamo trasferimenti a partire da 10 € / persona.
- Trasporto pubblico - Carris gestisce autobus in partenza da Setúbal e Azeitão a Praia do Creiro - autobus numero 4470.
- Uber / Taxi - accesso gratuito ad Arrábida per la consegna e il ritiro dei passeggeri.
- Motocicli — libero accesso ad Arrábida.

amazing tour by peter, such a friendly guy and he did a great job explaining the local biodiversity and checked in often to make sure we were having a good time.
This tour is much more than just a boat ride, for me it was an opportunity to discover a bit more of our coast through a different perspective. In a transparent boat. On the tour we go to hidden corners and notice small stories of each place. The sympathy, good disposition and knowledge of Marcelo and Diogo made all the difference and made the experience even more special. If you go through Sesimbra, I highly recommend. It is worth trying.

Lovely morning on the water kayaking. Our guide Pieter was friendly, professional and helpful. He shared many insights about the Arrábida and about the natural environment. We paddled by the famous beaches of the area and saw some fish in the transparent kayaks. It was a great day on the water.
We really enjoyed our SEATRU kayak tour. It was easy to book and communication beforehand with Débora was very helpful. She gave clear joining instructions and the info on their website is excellent too. Our guide Pieter was truly excellent and I highly recommend this trip!
We loved everything! We initially had the activity scheduled for August, but due to an unforeseen we had on our part, we had to remarket. The Débora was impeccable, understood the whole situation and we finally made our tour in September. It was spectacular. Both Débora and our guide Peter were always 5 stars!!! The walk was magical. I did this experience with my children and nephew and we liked it very much. Easy for those who have no experience, and very beautiful. Peter's accompaniment was also very good, with stories of the place. I recommend!!!
