Apurimac Canyon con Condor Visualizzazione da Cusco

I decided on quite short notice to take a tour to Chonta to see the condors. Someone from Crossover Peru contacted me and we were able to arrange a tour really easily. My guide took very good care of me; he explained the mountain ranges, villages, and regions to me. He was optimally equipped for observing the condors (binoculars, book about the birds of Peru, camping chairs). We were then actually able to observe several condors from very close range, and I managed to get a few really good photos. I must mention positively that the guide took enough time and we were never in a rush, which is very important when observing animals since you never know when they will appear. On the return trip to Cusco, a meal was even organized for us. Thanks for the lovely day.

We gad a very nice day with the excellent guide Herwin. We got picked up at our hotel, drove to the canyon and went to the viewing point. Herwin explained a lot about the country, the people, the canyon and the condors and answered every question we had. We were the only ones there. Finally we saw some condors! We can highly recommend the tour.
