This is a very big scam. Don’t go with them. The pickup service is completely a scam. I waited for a long time in the morning and even arrived about 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Then they simply sent me a photo of the entrance and claimed that they had come and I didn’t show up. After that, they told me I had to take a taxi to join them and refused to give me a refund. Totally a scam. Avoid this company. I am reporting this issue.
We have investigated the issue and have found out that the driver was there on time at 07.15, waited for 12 minutes keeping in touch with the operations constantly, sent the photo of the hotel entrance which was the pick up point for the tour, sent you a message informing you the registration plate number of the vehicle at 7.31, you have replied that you would be there at 7.35 but unfortunately he left already being unable to wait longer as this was a group tour and there were other guests waiting as well. We have all the messagings and the photo with time stamps, so this is a no-show and we are not able to make a refund as per our refund policy.

Tour went well. Some things to note: 1) Lunch was late around 3:45PM so please eat a big breakfast and bring a snack. Quarter way into rafting, they will take you to a break stop where you can buy gozleme for 3 euros. You may be hungry already by then though. 2) All our socks and sneakers were completely saturated with water within first minute of getting into the raft yet they did not highly recommend water shoes. I would recommend bringing own water shoes or buy them for 10 euros at the start of tour. They also said we would be covered in mud head to toe (it was true) during buggy ride and that we can wear our sneakers. If I knew this information earlier, I would not have worn my new white sneakers. I had no choice but to buy water shoes. Overall, I would have liked some information about what to better prepare based on the circumstances and also lunch time being so late.

Today was incredible! We went rafting with Emir and he was delightful. He was funny and made it so much fun. The trip included tons of rafting with stops to swim or get food and drinks. Would definitely recommend.

Was a brilliant day tour guides were amazing and great value for money!! Emir was our guide, he was brilliant and there us in the water!! Cannot recommend enough

If there was option for 0 stars I'd choose it. Worst ever experience. Rip off. 1 hour tour. Guy got mad at my brother. My bro asked for jeep safari. And the guide claimed the safari was the car ride on the way to the rafting. Absolutely horrible experience don't book. Also the quad bikes we werent allowed to go fast at all. We had to wait for everyone behind us every 5 seconds. We were going 10mph max. They could have just got 2 tour guides one for slower people and one for fast. It was very horrible. On the website it says they give you equipment but when we went there they asked for money for everything. Even drinks with our lunch. I msged the tour guide 10 times saying what things do we need help said nothing. Only to ask for us for 50 euros for a simple water proof coat

We had such a great experience, the pick up from the hotel was an added bonus. You will get muddy, so dress appropriately. We all wanted the ziplining to be longer but for the rafting, the second break wasn't needed. All in all a great package.

I had ordered a package with 3 experience. But I was scammed for the ATV trip even though I made the attention to which package I had purchased by on arrival.At the second stop on the rafting trip I made the attention to this,figured to know that it was where the trip ended and they probably had to make it when we were there. Think they made a mistake that I should have run atv at the first stop. So I'm disappointed that they didn't have any control over it and that they didn't just tell the truth instead of lying

The rafting instructor was manhandling my autistic relative causing her to have a big fright. He grabbed her by her lifejacket and shoved her towards the waters threatening that he would push her off the boat. He was equally physical with the others (including the kids) pushing them over or grabbing them and was very lecherous with the women. We would tell him to stop, but he would keep going. Timings suggested that the day would start at 7am. We woke up early to check if the coach had arrived and received a message that it would only come at 9am. It didn't come till 9:30am. The TripAdvisor contact told us that there would not be shoes to hire. I then spent £26 on some imitation shoes to use, which got ruined by the water. It turned out that there shoes for hire at the rafting, but obviously I couldn't get a refund on those shoes I never would use because of being misinformed. The driver said he would take a 10-minute break to get back to the hotel, which ended up being 35 minutes. He positioned this as a toilet break but in truth he used the time to smoke a cigarette and make a phone call. Not a single person on the minivan wanted to use it, but we were left there for a while and making it an even longer day.
