Itinerario
Dopo l'incontro con l'elicottero, avremo i trasporti che ci porteranno a Grand Anse, dove inizieremo la vera passeggiata verso la spiaggia di Anse Marron.
Approssimativamente nel mezzo della nostra passeggiata raggiungeremo la spiaggia di Anse Marron che consiste in un tratto di sabbia più aperto e più grande e una spiaggia più piccola con accesso a una laguna protetta dagli scogli. Lì ti verrà servito un pranzo leggero e avrai circa 1-1,5 ore (a seconda del programma delle maree) di tempo di relax.
Raggiungeremo la spiaggia di Anse Source d'Argent alla fine del nostro tour. È una delle spiagge più famose delle Seychelles e una delle spiagge più fotografate al mondo con molte belle formazioni rocciose. Puoi passare il tempo rimanente disponibile qui o camminare verso il punto finale con Gerard vicino all'elicottero dove abbiamo iniziato il tour.
Al termine del tour, sarai in grado di camminare attraverso L'Union Estate Park (l'ingresso non è incluso nel prezzo del tour) dove puoi vedere le tartarughe giganti, la piantagione di vaniglia, la vecchia casa delle piantagioni che ora è un museo. Questo è il posto dove finiamo il tour. Puoi trascorrere lì tutto il tempo rimanente che desideri o lasciare il parco insieme a me verso il punto finale vicino al pad dell'elicottero da cui abbiamo iniziato il tour.

- I clienti devono essere su La Digue o Praslin. I clienti che soggiornano a Mahe, si prega di astenersi dal prenotare questo tour, in quanto non sarà sufficiente tempo per viaggiare a La Digue ed essere in orario per il tour.

It was a great tour! Our guide Gerard was also really very entertaining and knows his way around nature well. The light lunch was delicious and the walk back through the sea at high tide was spectacular. You could have taken the boat, but then you would have missed something. You could also only walk the tour in water shoes. Barefoot like the locals, it might be a bit uncomfortable. Sun protection for your head is essential. We had UV shirts. They were great. But in the end, the sun really got to all the participants because you are out in the sun almost exclusively all day long.
A great adventure with a lot of new knowledge about nature. Gerard was the best guide one could have imagined
Gerard is an experienced guide who leads the trip with a lot of wit and expertise. The path is demanding in terms of climbing on and through rocks, and is partly quite narrow. On the way back, we had to go chest-deep through the water, so it is recommended to have waterproof backpacks, or you should be aware that your things will get wet! Water shoes are also essential! The fruit basket that was prepared at Anse Marron was really delicious and looked great. We were even able to snorkel in the natural pool.

I just want to confirm the very poor organization... After several confirmations via WhatsApp that everything was okay, the tour was canceled that morning just before our departure with a two-line message, and it was impossible to get additional information or a replacement guide. Thus, we missed what was supposed to be the highlight of our trip. Another local guide confirmed to us that this way of doing things was abnormal and that the minimum would have been to respond and arrange for a replacement guide.
The meeting at 8:30 was moved to 9:00 with a different guide the night before. The replacement guide spoke only Creole, and it was difficult to understand each other despite his good intentions. Fortunately, in today's group, there was a Seychellois who could translate for me. The presentation was initially scheduled in French. At 9 AM, we waited 20 minutes before getting into the truck's cargo area to head to Grand Anse! We picked up other clients along the way. We therefore started the excursion at 9:35 AM! Having fallen behind schedule, we arrived towards the end of the route at high tide and were required to take a small boat to finish at Anse Source d'Argent. To conclude, the guide asked me to pay him even though everything had been settled in advance! Not being from the same provider, it was difficult to prove my good faith to him. There is obviously a lack of communication among the professionals in these activities. However, guide Dave did his best to ensure our safety during the trip, and we were able to appreciate the beautiful landscapes.

The tour guide had to cancel the original tour date, which was unfortunate for everyone involved. It would have been helpful if another guide had stepped in to ensure the clients could still enjoy the experience. This way, they wouldn't miss out on the tour entirely. I believe exploring these options could enhance the overall experience for future clients.
