The organization was very bad, from the beginning. We were at the meeting point 1 hour waiting and no one contacted us. We had to call the operator, who moved fast, we were informed that the bug had a defect and we had to go elsewhere, and the operator took over the taxi. On the other hand, the guide spent the whole trip sleeping back and forth. Truthfully an experience for oblivion.
Excellent excursion. Very good deal. Beautiful landscapes all excellently prepared for tourism...................... ..... ....
Muchas Gracias!
Anderson is an excellent guide. Made our trip wonderful! Safe, new and clean van. Gel alcohol and all procedures necessary for the safety of passengers. It is worth taking a walk with him, super recommend.
The natural beuty of some of the islands we visited was amazing. The schooner were clean and good with the party music going on all the time. However, the drinks were unreasonably expensive and the time spent on some of the places was too short. Maybe they could avoid one of the beach stops and just spend more time where we have lunch. The fish in the lunch was good but otherwise the fare was limited esp. when you compare with some of the other amazing brazillian buffet I had. The bus to take us back and forth was very comfortable. however, the communication from the tour operators regarding pick-up time left a lot to be desired. Got no response to my repeated request regarding pick-up time and on last min. was told pick -up will be 1 hour late. We could have slept the extra hour. The tour guide was efficient though
Thanks for coming, we are working to be better.
The scenery is beautiful and highly recommended. It is a shame that the services are extremely poor: delay in the departure of the boats; we were changed boats a few meters from leaving; a little girl hit hard and the guides or just gave her a glass of ice; “lunch” 18 hrs...; it was much longer what we spent on the bus (we left from Copacabana) lifting passengers than what we enjoyed from the islands; and finally the free fork (perhaps for the hour we arrived...) was very scarce and very precarious. Tip: if you are going on this tour we recommend that you check (as far as possible), for the Service you are going to pay for. We paid R$200 per person, too much to our liking for what the Service was.
Oh sorry for that. Thanks for feedback, we are working to be better.
My husband and I took this tour on January 9, 2020. It started with a delay caused by a confusion between the street number and the room number , which was immediately solved by sending a very nice van belonging to the Enterprise that came looking for us to reach the bus. We boarded the bus and settled between the passengers. A well used bus with very friendly and lively passengers. The guide spoke Spanish but only what was essential to give the indications of organization and some explanation about the route. We made a stop before noon, around 11:30 to go to the bathroom and we thought to buy something to drink and eat until lunchtime. That was a good decision on our part, because lunch was held at 4.30pm, too late for my taste. We arrived in port, queued to board the boat under the shade and with a short wait, which I was grateful for, because it was so hot and the sun was so strong. We boarded the boat Costa de Sauripe. I looked for a shady spot as the guide anticipated that the tour would be long but I found it halfway as there were many on board each looking for a place in a long seat and I faced the place where it was boarded and descended, a rather uncomfortable place. Meanwhile we were offered reasonably priced drinks, like on the beaches of Rio, and also an Underwater Photography Service that we hired for 55 reais for two people. We dock at the site to take the pictures. A dream place with fish swimming around us. a beautiful experience. We took the pictures and accessed the boat all wet. There began a part of the most uncomfortable route, as the seat where we had been located slipped, by the passage of people who climbed and descended wet after the swim in the sea.Our bag, which was left under the staircase access to the deck was wet by the passage of people who moved. We were many people, all wanting to take their pictures because the place was so beautiful that no one wanted to miss the landscapes. There was a mat where passengers were located and their feet hung next to our arms, something unpleasant that they had no fault with: it was caused by the number of people on the boat that I found excessive. We arrived at another beach, very nice with greenery and Caribbean-type sand, a wonder. It made it very hard for me to get off the boat because the dock was so much higher than the deck. I was very kindly helped by the boat crew but it was a serious accessibility issue that would have had to be foreseen with ladders or something more suitable than a kind boy's hand pulling hard so that I could get out. We were there 20 minutes already with a lot of appetite but lunch was not there nor could you eat anything in the two small stalls of the place. Again all wet enter the boat trying not to slip. We continued to the place of the meal and it was there that my husband wanting to come down from the deck by the staircase, which had no railing to hold only the ropes of the canvas awnings from the bottom, slips and suffers a fall from a height of about one meter. He hit both knees, hip and right elbow. He could have killed himself. One of the co-ordinators asked if he had hit his head. God wanted it not, and he was able to get up on his own but very sore. At the lunch spot we told the guide what happened, that he could only reach us with a glass of ice to be applied in the blows and minimized what happened, although several days later my husband is still in great discomfort. My husband endured the pain, we even did a few dance steps on the return trip, because we are on vacation and one seeks to enjoy but when the blows cooled, already in the accommodation, climbed with tremendous difficulty the stairs. The consequences of that fall continue to this day, as he mobilizes with difficulty and had to visit a doctor in our place of residence in Argentina. So I recommend the Enterprise improve the Health Service during the excursion as neither on the ship nor on land offered us medical attention, although this accident could have had much more serious consequences and is related to the poor safety measures on the ship. The food included was rich, with fish, chicken, rice, feijoada and vegetable options to choose from but as I wrote before we ate very late. We return enjoying a beautiful sunset. I didn’t like going up so wet to sit in a corduroy upholstered seat: I thought about the next people using this car. We arrived well at our apartment, the driver left us at the door of the building. It was a day where the incredible beauty of the landscape was mixed with deficiencies of care for passengers. I hope that this review will help the Enterprise to improve these aspects because the natural wonder of these places and those who travel to meet them deserve it.
Vamos trabajar para hacer cada vez mejor! Lo sentimos por la parte mala.
Most beautiful island We called in here from a cruise ship didn't realise it's so big. Lots of schooner ships taking people for excursions. A hive if activity. So many bays on the island think there is over a hundred. No cars all transport. By boat. A great little village good food lots to see. Wish we could have stayed a few days
Maybe next time you can stay more days in Ilha Grande! It wil be amazing!
