Drivers were very nice. The original set up at the airport was a little confusing. Definitely worth the price.

They gave easy to find directions and I loved that the meeting place was right outside the terminal exit. The staff was efficient and helpful and safe. They gave us drinks on the way to our hotel which was very welcome as we weren't used to the heat. On the way back from the hotel they were on time and got us to the airport with time to spare. Super great experience, would definitely recommend.

Instructions for airport pickup were the best I have ever seen. Once at the meeting point, we were greeted by a Cabo Airport Shuttle rep and the vehicle arrived a few minutes later. Pickup at our hotel for the return was also excellent. I called to adjust the time that morning and they were flexible. The driver showed up 5 minutes early and we departed right on time. Very clean vehicle and friendly drivers. I do think that they should have a slightly lower price when the hotel is so close to the airport, compared to Cabo San Lucas.

The instructions were very clear, the van was clean and newer and the driver was nice. Not sure what else needs to be said.

Easy to book, easy to find at the airport and great service to the hotel. On time to pick us up from the hotel to take us back. Both vehicles very clean and drivers very friendly. Would book again!
