The level of communication was great from start to drop off at the hotel! Knew exactly what to expect.
Very efficient in contacting me after our flight arrived. Andrew was very pleasant and got us to our hotel quickly.
Plane arrived on time but shuttle arrived an hour and fifteen minutes later. Called tour operator after an hour and was told van would arrive in 5 minutes. Fifteen minutes later the van finally arrived.
Great experience. Driver made sure we arrived and provided clear instructions to find her van. Knowledgeable, professional and safe driver!
After a little confusion finding the van, the service was good, the driver was knowledgeable and very helpful. It made it easy for us to sit back and relax on our ride from the airport to the hotel.
Anchorage airport shuttle was easy ti book. Driver picked us up on time to make it to our flight. Driver was friendly and knowledgeable about Alaska.

It was a quick ride, but nice to know someone was there waiting for us. We arrived early and the driver was able to pick us up 30 minutes ahead of schedule, so we didn't have to wait. Great driver!
Very nice drive. He called and informed us of his airport pickup location, helped with luggage. He helped unload luggage and rolled it directly to hotel check in desk.
