L'Amstel scorre attraverso la città di Amsterdam e infine nel sistema di canali della città e sul lungomare IJ. La città di Amsterdam prende il nome da una diga ("dam") costruita sull'Amstel nel XIII secolo - da cui "Amstel-dam". Naviga sull'Amstel mentre ti godi una cena di 3 portate.
Uno dei tanti ponti di Amsterdam è il bellissimo Magere Brug, conosciuto dagli Inglese allo Skinny Bridge. Questo ponte levatoio in legno era una volta così stretto che era difficile per due pedoni passarsi accanto. Per far fronte al crescente traffico sull'Amstel, un ponte più largo sostituì l'originale stretto nel 1871.
Supera le iconiche Dancing Houses vicino all'Amstel, dove le case sul canale sembrano sporgersi e ondeggiare, un risultato eccentrico delle fondamenta in legno di Amsterdam che si spostano nel tempo

This was the highlight of our Amsterdam trip! Great food, crew, and passengers (other than the guest who was on her phone for the entire 3 hours)
The dinner cruise was excellent, the food was superb, the service from Kirsten was first class and the skipper gave enough commentary to point out the highlights but not in an intrusive way. Unfortunately, because we booked late our booking was not transferred from Viator to the company to the boat so we were not on the guest list. There was then a tense wait while it was sorted and we were left standing on the quayside while the other guests were drinking complementary sparkling wine inside, despite there being a vacant table and no other guests had arrived. In the end it was all sorted but we were left disappointed with either Viator or the company (never got a credible explanation) but we were certainly not disappointed with the actual event.
It was such a lovely experience really nice staff and gorgeous restaurant food was served! Highly recommend
A bit of confusion about meeting point started our trip off a bit shakily, but cruise captain soon picked us up and all was 5* after that. Very lovely from tablecloths to service and 3 course gourmet food . Food was picked up efficiently from a restaurant along the way, once for main course and once for dessert. Classy trip. Would highly recommend for a couple.
Great way to see the harbor and the canals of Amsterdam. Boat staff was very friendly. Drinks are expensive. You have to buy a large bottle of water—very pricey. One small glass of Coke was 4.50. Wish they would skip “free” welcome drink which is non -alcoholic or alcoholic bubbly. No other option on the free drink. Salad was delicious. We had the beef entree selection. Meat had lots of grizzle and was hard to chew. Potatoes and vegetables were tasty. A nice way to spend an evening on the water.

We were impressed with the ship and the ambiance. We were greeted and allowed to sit wherever we wanted. They gave us champagne when we arrived and there was olives, bread and mixed nuts on the table. We ordered a bottle of white wine to go with the Sea Bass over Risotto. We had a choice if appetizer we chose the smoked salmon over small diced potatoes, small cucumber cubes with a wonderful dressing. It was delicious! We sailed under bridges on the canal and saw lots of house boats moored throughout the canals. We noticed we stopped at a small dock and the waitresses took empty dinner trays across the street, dodging bicycles and cars. They picked up all the appetizers, entries and desserts from a restaurant. Even the chef came aboard to deliver the delicious entries. Excellent cruise, outstanding food, highly recommend!!

We were warmly welcomed. The menu selection is also a culinary experience for vegetarians 😋 We will definitely be part of the next trip to Amsterdam👍
I would highly recommend the experience of this cruise with dinner on water. the crew was very nice and polite, the view excellent and in addition to all the nice surrounding the food was also delicious. big thanks for the trip!
