Mentre guidi da Amman a Madaba, avrai l'opportunità di goderti il pittoresco scenario di campagna della Giordania. Il percorso ti porta attraverso dolci colline e campi coltivati, offrendo uno scorcio della bellezza naturale del paese. È un viaggio piacevole e panoramico che ti permette di immergerti nei paesaggi della campagna giordana.
Iniziamo il tour guidando verso la chiesa di San Giorgio a Madaba, che impiegherà 45 minuti che ha una famosa mappa a mosaico della Terra Santa del VI secolo che copre l'intero pavimento della chiesa, rendendola una delle più antiche rappresentazioni sopravvissute della regione. La chiesa è anche nota per la sua bellissima architettura bizantina ed è considerata un importante luogo di pellegrinaggio per i cristiani e una popolare destinazione turistica.
Il Monte Nebo si trova a circa 10 km a ovest di Madaba, in Giordania, e si ritiene che sia il luogo in cui Mosè vide la Terra Promessa prima di morire. Il sito ha una lunga storia di significato religioso ed è stato visitato dai pellegrini per secoli. I visitatori possono esplorare il Parco Archeologico del Monte Nebo, che presenta diverse strutture e monumenti antichi, tra cui i resti della chiesa e dei mosaici originali del IV secolo.
Il Sentiero Spirituale (sito del Battesimo) : Proseguimento per Betania oltre il Giordano, sito dichiarato patrimonio dell'UNESCO dove Gesù fu battezzato. Passeggia tra i canneti fino alle rive del fiume Giordano ed esplora i resti archeologici delle chiese paleocristiane in un'atmosfera di profonda pace.

Amazing experience in Jordan! We tried to do everything Jordan had to offer in three days, and with the help of our incredible and kind driver Bader, we managed to do everything we wanted. He was like a private tour guide with his profound knowledge of Jordan and the historical sights. We were 4 girls and felt safe throughout our trip in Jordan, but especially in the presence of our wonderful driver Bader. Shoutout to our driver Saddam in Wadi Rum, who was the sweetest guy ever! Even though we managed do to everything we wanted in Jordan, we still have a lot more to experience. We will definitely be coming back!
