All Inclusive VIP Beach Break Pass al Nacional Beach Club

We had the absolute best time at Nacional Beach Club!! We made a last minute decision to book and it was one of the best places we went during our cruise. Christian was so amazing! The food was perfection and so were the drinks!! The hammocks in the water were so refreshing too! 10/10 experience! We know where to go when we go back to Costa Maya! I will add that there are lots of vendors that pass by but if you don't mind taking the time to speak to them, then you'll be fine. We met some great people!

Food, drinks, customer service all top tier. Not a relaxing atmosphere, felt like every 5 minutes merchants appeared.

It is a beautiful location. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Fishing was a little slow for us, but we had plenty for lunch.

The food and service was good We tipped the server on what we felt were his service. He literally asked for a larger tip. I was shocked. This has never happened and I've been there before.

The food was very good. The drinks were very good as well. Everything seemed really fresh. Our server was quite attentive except he disappeared for about an hour. When I asked another waiter, she said he was taking a lunch break. I would have thought he would share that with us, and introduce us to the waiter he was handing us off to. The vendors were constant. I will say, if you told them no, they took “no” as an answer. This does not create for a relaxing atmosphere. Truly it was hard to get a conversation in without being interrupted. As far as the sargassum goes, this resort has done a very nice job with the barrier system they installed. With this said, there is no water deeper than your waist. Cost wise, I believe it was overpriced. For the four of us it totaled little over $600. That is not including a tip. When the bill is brought, they give a suggestion of 20%. While we did enjoy our Dayi would not recommend it.

Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing excursions I’ve ever experienced. While the setting itself has potential, the overall experience was frustrating from start to finish. The biggest issue was the constant pressure from vendors. Even after purchasing items—like jewelry and hair braiding—we were repeatedly approached (sometimes five or more times) by different vendors trying to sell the exact same things, along with henna tattoos and fruit (which I thought food was included?!?). It made it nearly impossible to relax and enjoy the beach. The excursion was advertised as all-inclusive, but the service did not reflect that. Drinks took close to an hour to arrive, and by the time they did, they were watered down and no longer enjoyable. The food situation was just as disappointing—what we received was mediocre at best, and when we ordered lunch, it took so long (over an hour) that it arrived right when we had to leave. Overall, the service was extremely slow and inattentive, and the constant interruptions completely took away from what should have been a relaxing, premium experience. I would not recommend this excursion, especially if you’re looking for a true “VIP” or relaxing beach day

The club was amazing service food everything except the cab ride back the driver was trying to hustle us into paying the cab fair when it was included in the price of the resort when I called him out he told me he forgot

Food is great. Beach is comfortable. Pool is tiny. I will come back here every time I'm in costa maya. You have to deal with the instant. You will have to deal with vendors trying to sell you things.

Be sure that you will actually have a full 8 hour experience. The food was great, service was great! The vendors peddling all the goodies was a little overwhelming when we were trying to enjoy the time there. And some shops closed up before we were able to visit.
