Horrible customer service.
Me and my boyfriends whole day and entire experience with the crew was amazing until the end… They asked for a tip when we were getting dropped off but we didn’t have cash so the cameraman came over with a machine but we only had a debit card and thought it might not work. We still tried and he asked, “how much do you want to tip?” and me as we are here on vacation and both students that are working that have already paid over 200$ per person said 10 USD and this man SCOFFED when I said that and I was taken aback. Very disrespectful and rude.

Extremely disappointed...
Extremely disappointed with our experience. We arrived on time for our scheduled excursion only to be told that the company had no record of our reservation, despite having a confirmed booking.
I requested a full refund since we were unable to participate due to the company’s error, but my request was rejected. It is impossible to get in touch with customer service. I do not recommend booking through this site.

Alex and his crew of Isla Morara took care of everything. We worried about nothing. Drinks flowed cold and often. Lunch buffet was good. Music was perfect. Even let us request a song. Had our golf cart reserved before we got off the boat and delivered right to us. 10/10 recommended.

Excellent Catamaran
Excellent excursion in Catamaran , the service and the beach club on north beach was the best, the food and drinks excellent. The ambient music with Javier our Guide was wonderful.

Family & Friends go to Isle Mujeres
