when you book the tour they charge your credit card and you receive a voucher, which i thought was my ticket o save it in the iphone wallet. I purchased on that i could enter at any time sine was doing as day excursion from Malaga and the time slots available did not work wiyh train schedule. I arrived to the site and to my shock the voucher is not the ticket. I was supposed to reply to an email to confirm i was still coming.. Never heard of such a method. I did not see such an email. so they cancelled my booking and since the sitev was completely sold out I could not enter. Traveled a full long day there and back. once in a lifetime experience (at my ago not another opportunity). I had already paid! They received my money. What was the point of having to reply to another email? I never heard of such a procedure. I wont use viaor ever again anhd will let all my travel friends know of this.

Operator and company not recommended.
Irresponsible; they canceled on us the day before the visit, after we had booked it more than 30 days in advance. We found out when we inquired about the tickets; we complained at the moment, and they did not resolve the problem they created without providing a response. We could not make the visit since our trip continued. I do NOT recommend this company.

Last-Minute Cancellation Ruined Our Alhambra Visit
I booked two tickets for the Alhambra through Viator well in advance and paid a premium price, trusting them for an important part of my trip. Then, only two days before the visit, they suddenly canceled my booking because of their own “ticket issue.” Because of this last-minute cancellation, I had no chance to find an alternative. All Alhambra tickets were completely sold out, and I lost the opportunity to visit one of the most important landmarks in Spain because of Viator’s poor management. What makes it even worse is that they seem to sell more tickets than they actually have available, then cancel on customers at the last minute. This is extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of travelers’ time, money, and plans. Very disappointing experience. I will never use Viator again and I do not recommend relying on them for important or limited-availability bookings like the Alhambra.

The same tickets can be purchased directly on the official Alhambra website much cheaper, but they run out soon and must be taken well in advance.

Disastrous experience, they cancelled my tickets for the alhambra the day before (unable to find any) while tickets were on sale on their site but 5/10 times the price. I was at least allowed a robot response...

Si la réservation est confirmée, les billets sont alors émis. En revanche, si la réservation ne peut pas être confirmée, elle est automatiquement annulée la veille de la date de visite. Dans votre cas, malheureusement, la réservation n’a pas pu être confirmée, c’est pourquoi elle a été annulée la veille de votre visite. Don't book from here if you want a ticket
Horrible, horrible experience. We went to Granda from the US just for this, and the operator cancelled on us the night before the trip. DO NOT book from this operator if you want a guaranteed ticket. Viator was also completely unhelpful, and the operator ghosted us after cancelling the ticket. They are not responding to any communications - email, text, etc. No compensation was given for travel, hotel, or anything else other than a refund. Do not book from here.

Very disappointed with the viator service
Present on time on the site and no ticket for entry. Forced to call viator to receive tickets by email but visit the Nasrid palace Impossible c was too late
