Vivi un'esperienza autentica nella Sardegna nord-occidentale con una visita guidata a una cantina situata a pochi chilometri da Alghero. Il tour inizia con una piacevole passeggiata tra i vigneti, immersi nel suggestivo paesaggio naturale del Parco di Porto Conte, uno scenario che rispecchia l’armonia tra territorio, clima e qualità del vino. La visita prosegue all’interno della cantina, dove è possibile scoprire le tecniche di vinificazione, con la cantina in botte dedicata all’invecchiamento e la sala di imbottigliamento. L’esperienza si conclude con una degustazione guidata di cinque vini della cantina. Ogni degustazione è accompagnata da una selezione di prodotti tipici sardi come pane carasau, salsiccia, pecorino e formaggi di latte vaccino e olive, studiati per esaltare l'equilibrio tra profumi e sapori. A small winery with almost 100 years of history behind it from the co-owners great grandfather’s arrival in Alghero. Martina was our guide and she grew up growing grapes and making wine. The wine was delicious as well as the the food paired with it.

Going into the tasting, there weren’t any reviews online, so we definitely took a risk. Considering it was the off season, and it wasn’t particularly sunny nor blooming in the vineyard, we, alongside our guide, persisted. We were given a quick yet solid tour of the grounds. It was obvious the owner had a dedication and particular care to his inherited craft, yet the experience was overly simplified and probably not worth the cost. The wine, however, was very good (although beware that the 5 glasses of wine is actually around 3 glasses). We particularly enjoyed the rose and the vermentino. The accompanying food was also a delicate touch of other local delicacies. Overall, solid experience for what it was, but be mindful of the shortcomings.
